Great burger for the price.
– Bacon Cheeseburger – $12: The burger is slightly thinner, but about a quarter pound (maybe less). It was tender, juicy, and cooked medium to medium-well. The double cheese was a great addition. The bacon was medium thickness and stuck out a bit over an inch out of the bun. The toppings were fresh and well balanced. You have to add your own sauces. The bun was toasted. Overall, it was good, but an even better value.
– Fries (comes with the burger): Standard medium cut potato fries that were slightly over cooked. They needed a bit of salt, but were very good. The last bite was ironically better than the first. I did like them.
Water in jars was kind of cool. It kept the water cold longer with the thicker glass to maintain the temperature better.
– Service: Seated by the manager, waited on by the waitress, and served by yet a third person. The staff was neatly dressed, quietly kind, and helpful. We didn’t have an empty glass of water for long. You pay at the counter when leaving.
– Atmosphere: Country feel. Some booths, some chairs with tables. It was more modernized and updated. Everything felt clean and newer.
– Conclusion: I’d definitely recommend their burger for the price. Actually, it was good even then. The country feel makes you feel like your visiting an uncle and aunt who know how to cook.

Bob Evans delivered a great experience! The service was excellent—our coffee was kept warm and refilled without having to ask, which always makes a meal better. The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh, perfect for when you want a reliable, comfortable meal without a long wait.

Me and my boyfriend got sat with Kayla tonight and truly had the best experience I think we’ve ever had in a restaurant. Her personality and attentiveness was a 10 all across! We didn’t have to ask for anything and she kept us smiling the entire time. The vibes were just awesome! Plan to come back soon and sit in her section again! Food was also delicious !

Edit: The food is amazing!! The burger was juicy and well seasoned. The pot roast sandwich was out of this world and tender. The onion rings were fabulous!! Took 20 mins to get a table which is not unusual but it took another 15 mins until I flagged down Seth!! He was not in charge of our area but he took our order and was very friendly and apologetic about what happened. He’s the hero of the day!! The food was mediocre at best. If Seth hadn’t comes thru we were going to walk out!! He needs a raise!!

To preface this I was a truck driver for 10 years and I’ve eaten breakfast at so many places I can’t even count. My wife and I decided we wanted breakfast before deep cleaning our house getting ready for Thanksgiving. We got sat down and served by Alishia, I told her that my wife and I had never been to Bob Evans and she got excited and pointed out her favorite things and asked what her favorite tastes were. She was amazing. She brought me more coffee before my coffee cup was even empty, brought extra napkins without being asked and was just absolutely one of the most amazing servers I’ve ever had in my life. On top of that, the food beats many of our favorite places we’ve ever eaten Nationwide. I don’t know why we waited so long to try Bob Evans but it’s amazing and the service is top notch five star

Quick, efficient, friendly service. The food was good, but not spectacular. All fresh and hot. We got the Sirloin Steak and Chicken Fried Steak. Steak was a bit over done but still tender. Very nice salad. Would have liked a bit more gravy. Clean and professional. Good choice for a quick dinner.

The food was mediocre. It used to be so much better. Our service was terrible! I use a cane to walk, and I had to go up to the counter with my glass to get someone’s attention. Our waitress right off the bat seemed great… but as soon as she gave us our food, she was MIA until her manager (who got me the refill and apologized profusely) spoke to her, because then she pretty much gave us our check. She got a very small tip. Terrible service.

We don’t have Bob Evans where we live, so we were glad to give it a try. Our server, Carli, was wonderful. She was working so hard and didn’t stop. The wait for the food was lengthy, but the quality was good. The menu had several options for different budgets and preferences. In our opinion, Bob Evans fits between a Cracker Barrel and IHOP.

This restaurant has some of the worst management I’ve ever seen, especially from the general manager. Her attitude and the way she talks to her staff are unbelievably rude and nasty. My husband and I sat in yesterday and could clearly hear her talking about firing employees and discussing other things customers should never have to hear. No matter what’s going on behind the scenes, that kind of behavior should never happen in front of guests. And this isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed it, either. Truly unprofessional.

Me and my boyfriend absolutely love it here! The service is always great, food is always fantastic & the atmosphere is always relaxed and comfortable. I love the breakfast but their lunch/dinner options are so good too. We recommend the fried chicken & the pot roast. I wish I knew the managers name, but last time we came to visit he told me to try the roast and he was right, it’s the best. Our server, Mikayla was great too!
