Dirty towels and stains across the whole restaurant. Terrible customer service with the server dashing away every 2 seconds. He didn’t write anything down forgetting everything and messing up all the orders. I ordered apple pancakes but received regular, ordered hash browns but received home style potato’s, and received the wrong sausage. Told him about the sausage the second we got our food and ended up having to wait until we got our receipt until we finally got it. We got one on one plate then had to wait again until we got the second. Had to ask for coffee refills after waiting for ages. The steak was also incredibly tough and over cooked. It was well over well done and was borderline a rock, even though I ordered medium. Everything was just about overcooked and burnt. Barely any mushrooms or onions in the steak tips either. Plus they were hard and not soft. No photos of the sausage since we didn’t get it until 2 minutes before leaving

Went last night with the family. They had about 10 tables when we got there at 5 but there were multiple tables with dishes still on them. It took a long time to get our food and then had to chase down wait staff twice to get silverware so we could eat.
Our server was nice but she kept forgetting refills for drinks and even told us at the beginning she does that sometimes and not to worry it’s not that she doesn’t care she just gets busy.
To be honest the food was okay but based on this experience we won’t be back.

This was the first time that my wife and I ate at Bob Evans. Our daughter has been here and highly recommended it. Our server was so friendly and fun, we got our food quickly, and it was amazing! Everything tasted so good, and we relaxed and enjoyed it. We ended up having to take some of it home because the portions were much bigger than we expected!
I thought our server’s name tag said Stephanie, but my memory isn’t the best. Our receipt says her name was Trishia. Whatever her name, if she serves you then plan on a very enjoyable meal.

Great experience every time I come here. The service is always friendly and attentive, and the food comes out fresh and hot. The atmosphere feels warm and welcoming, and it’s a great place to relax and enjoy a good meal. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do. We keep trying to give Bob’s the benefit of the doubt but I think today was it for us. We went there tonight (Wednesday evening) to celebrate our kiddo’s birthday because she loves the piggy pancakes. They weren’t that busy; about 7 tables in all were filled (give or take a couple). It took our waiter 10 minutes before he even took our drink order. Then it took 32 minutes to get our food. Waiter NEVER checked on us in between, asked for refills when he delivered our food and he never got them. My order was a little wrong, but I didn’t say anything because it wasn’t a huge deal. We honestly were about to walk out but my daughter didn’t want to miss out on the pancakes. I’ll be honest, this is like the third time I’ve experienced something like this at this location, but with different waiters/waitresses. I dunno if it’s a training issue or staffing issue or what but I don’t think we will be coming here anymore, which is a bummer. Just don’t come here if you’re in a rush or have plans after; odds are you’ll be there awhile waiting for your order.

My Boyfriend and I haven’t been in years. Thought we would give it a try. Thankful that we did. Had a waitress that was training a new girl and was very patient and always smiled . Brittany was her name . The entire staff seemed nice not overwhelmed and spoke kindly to everyone . It’s been a very long time that we enjoyed our entire time out .

My husband & I had a fabulous lunch at Bob Evans yesterday. We had a side salad, turkey sandwich, grilled chicken sandwich, and of course there famous biscuits. The staff at the Westnedge location are all friendly. Great spot for mid day lunch.

You get great food and service at this location. Doug has been the employee who has provided us with top rate service the last few times visiting the restaurant. The coffee is topped off regularly, and the food is cooked to order. Onions with the potatoes when asked.
As we continue to meet at Bob Evan’s. The service is one of the reasons we return. The meals and selections are very good, however, less generous than in the many years prior.
