The restaurant was extremely short staffed; waitresses, bus boys and cooks. Waited at least 30 minutes before our order was taken. Waited at least 20 minutes for our food to show up. I have a gluten allergy so I do not order the rolls or bread that come with the salad. It irritates me that I still have to pay for something I cannot eat. Food was ok. For the price it should be better. $14 for a lunch salad?

We are regulars at this Bob Evans. We normally have an awesome experience but every time we get this one particular server our food is always messed up. I will only being going to this place if Bethany is working. Bethany always takes care of us. She always comes over and greets us at the door. She is just amazing. If she took care of us, I would have given 5 stars for everything.

Visited on a Friday. We were seated for awhile prior to service but then placed our order with a friendly server. Didn’t see him again until he brought our food and remembered he never brought the drinks. The food was ok but the chicken was very breaded and everything was kinda cold. Reported to manager this time since obviously they don’t read reviews right away. If I witness this again I WILL call the health dept.
Many of my elderly family eat here. So do it right or lock doors until your crew is fully trained.
Dirty (sticky) tables is a health department CRITICAL violation…. Just FYI … Check your table before sitting down. This location is usually excellent. To Manager, Pretty Please take care of this, there are almost no places in 60 miles (for breakfast) that are even close to being as : clean, fast, delicious and professional as this location. Maybe stock a few wet wipes on the waitress stand so we don’t need to go to front counter.
Toast was a bit undercooked and omelette was quite oily , but all other food was excellent as usual. Red peppers are NOT listed in ingredients for western omelette. Add them to menu before serving them.
Saw a toddler almost hit eyeball on a coat hook rethink this possibly dangerous location for a hook or kid proof it……
We love this place ❣️Caroline was great ✅ She gets 3.8 outta 5 since she was doing 3 jobs lol. Was 4.8 until I saw u wipe a table with a dry towel Use the pitcher to refill water glasses ( like Carrigan ) or a new glass to avoid cross contamination of drink stand Katie gets 2 outta 5 , wiping tables with a dry towel only

Typical Bob Evans. My pancakes we very much under cooked. Sent them back but while next stack was better they were still undercooked. Griddle to hot. If I would have sent them back again they would have been scorched. Only time this has happened. Rest of the food was the normal good from BE.

Since they have switched to the gelatinous goo that they are calling sausage gravy, I’m afraid I will not be back. The prices are through the roof and quite frankly, my breakfast with that disgusting gravy was not edible.
