My parents and I came into Bob Evans yesterday (Thanksgiving) for dinner. The place was busy. We were greeted with a friendly smile from the hostess. We were seated within a couple mins. Our waitress (forgot her name) went above and beyond. She had our table and 5 other tables. She was attentive, always smiled; was a pleasure to interact with. I saw the managers/supervisors (3 or 4 of them) all pitching in to help and not just stand around, barking orders, like at some establishments. I looked up a few times and I saw the waitresses laughing and joking. That was great to see on a holiday; they didnt seem stressed. It was definitely a great holiday. Will definitely be back! Keep up the great work, Bob Evans.

We got the thanksgiving dinner. Lori is not physically able to cook a meal of those per portions. On appearance ide change the lookand shape of the turkey. Taste was nice though

It took along time for our waitress to come over, there was only 1 other couple there. It took over a half an hour to get our food. We heard the kitchen staff telling her it was up and they were going to take it to you 3x she said I got it. She forgot to refill our drinks, I had to ask. Never brought boxes, I had to ask. Best food i have ever eaten, The worst service. I always wondered why the place was never busy, now I know why. The best food with the worst waitress.

Restaurant is standard for what you would expect from a Bob Evans. Food was good. Received it quickly. Only issue would be very slow to check on customers after food is brought out and very slow to bring the check. Otherwise great place

Not the best Bob Evans I’ve been too. Our server was very pleasant and in no way was the poor rating reflect him. However the food was overcooked and took a long time to get to our table. Then one meal was missing bacon, which took so long to get. All the other dinners were done eating before the missing bacon was brought to our table and then their bacon burger was cold by the time they ate it. No one even offered to reheat the burger. So because of the cook the restaurant does not match what you would expect from a Bob Evans. Usually we love these restaurants. But not this time very disappointing when you pay money and expect better food. Also bathroom was disgustingly dirty.

Been here only a handful of times, but the servers have been incredibly nice and helpful!!!!! Their food is amazing as well. We read up on the restaurants history while we were eating, love that there’s still the original Bob Evans farm that does a big yearly festival. Bob was such a cool guy. Definitely will be back!

Waitress was great but the hostess guy that took our name was horrible and rude. Could barely understand a word he said. I wanted my bacon extra crispy and it came out soft. My eggs were basted and still runny. My boyfriend got eggs over medium and they were barely cooked..clear egg pouring out of it. He had them make it twice and both times the eggs were bad. They gave us the wrong toast…and the hashbrowns were also undercooked. I love BOB EVANS but not this location. I want to stress again that the waitress was great and nothing was her fault. The peanut butter pancakes were delicious though..
