The waitress was very upfront and helpful. We knew what we wanted by not sure what meal would best. All the food was hot and the eggs were perfectly seasoned. I tried the Carmel apple pancakes. I do not eat sweets often so this was a treat. It is more than enough to share with someone. My friend enjoyed the Sunshine Refresher. She ordered a second one to take home. Wanted to spike it while enjoying Detroit Lions game. I purchased the Farmers Popcorn at the counter for a stocking stuffer for my dad.

Dearborn, MI restaurant. We order quite frequently from Bob Evans using DoorDash. On Wednesday, November 12 we ordered the Chicken Noodle Soup and it was in a pretty big container and completely full. My order was for the Pot Roast Dinner. While my Mom had a fantastic meal, mine was less than desirable. It was a meal fit for a child! Use SMALLER boxes or take it off the menu if you do not want to serve the Pot Roast. Bob Evan’s Pot Roast Dinner was $21.00. Why do your customers keep trusting you and you short change them? This was a waste of money and I highly recommend your customers to go elsewhere so they are not taken advantage of!
The below picture shows a very nice, rather large container, and ALL that open space! I paid $21.00 for a majority of onions and carrots! There were a few pieces of roast beef but not $21.00 or even $15.00 worth. If I wanted a meal of onions and carrots I could’ve done that myself, cheaper.

I have been coming to this locations for years.The waitress with the red hair tonight(Monday night 7:30pm-8:27pm) Was very rude , neglectful and argumentative. She was also ignoring condiments and straw request, taking a very long time to bring condiments, napkins, and straws after she acted as if she just did not hear. Her body language reeked attitude. She was also over heard in the background talking about our table of 6,and kept smerking and laughing at us. Yet treat the older two ladies so nice and spoke so nice to them. We had to keep going to the cashier area to ask the other waitress for refills.Thank God the other waitress service our table toward the middle/end of our stay.We tipped the other young lady and I hope she did not share the tip with the red hair waitress. Another waitress should not have to apologize for another person bullying, negative behavior. I believe in Karma, and such negative people should not work at a family restaurant spreading evilness. My fiance, and 4 kids did not enjoy our visit at all. We did not deserve such behavior. Was she mad because of our table size? Is she racist? I use to be a waitress before I became a nurse and I have never treated another so poorly.

The Fork-Tender Pot Roast was all fatty and grisly. And the whole dinner was extremely salty and gross. And there was a fly in the DoorDash delivery bag and the bag it wasn’t sealed.

Great service. Great food. Friendly personnel. Tasty red, white, and blueberry French toast. Carmel apple cider was so delicious. Steak and eggs were very tasty, along with banana bread. Coffee was good also.

Tonight I had Mary wait on me. From the moment I sat down, we saw her smile and Heraura.. I felt at these and ordered my drink. She was very prompt even though it was busy, after the greeting she told me she’d be a minute and true to her word she loves. She is quite friendly and very professional. UPDATE: 9/2024 My son and I were at this location and our waitress, Lisa was amazing! We got a call that my daughter needed to be picked up and Lisa went above and beyond through helping us by getting a kit together so that we can take our food with us and having the check ready for us to checkout. I am back here today (less than a week later) and once again Lisa is spot on! I hope that Bob Evans knows what a gem they have in Lisa! Lisa, thank you for your helpfulness and kindness!

We were in this location last week and our waitress was AMAZING! She was ahead of everything and she was handling a ton of tables at once. The food was amazing too! There have been improvements over the years and yet they still have the items that they are known for.
Also, we were there in the morning and we were able to order anything we wanted! A huge plus because Mt husband doesn’t care for breakfast food.
Wonderful service plus it has the same standard of food and you know what to expect at each restaurant.

Breakfast potatoes were way overcooked and plain (no grilled onions, like I asked). Breakfast sandwiches eggs were cooked too hard. However the biscuits and gravy were excellent. Server was in attentive.
