My mother and I love eating at Bob Evans, however unfortunately this specific location served us the most sloppy and ugliest food we’ve ever experienced in this restaurants. Our server was Shelby, very sweet young lady but I hated having to tell her, our “loaded” fries were NOT LOADED, they barely had any cheese on them. When I said this to the server her response was “yes that yellow on the plate is cheese” I know what cheese looks like and it barely had any… The “loaded” fries were cold as well. We was offered new fries but we were so disappointed we said no to that. Our chicken noodle soups looked and tasted NOT FRESH at all. Our mimosas were not as cold as they should’ve been and we got my daughter a Mac n cheese meal, it barely had any fries on her plate and the Mac n cheese didn’t seem fresh either…. We ordered onion rings and these were given to us with no dipping sauce and when I requested BBQ sauce? It was given to us COLD we couldn’t eat our onion rings with BBQ straight out of the fridge. They did took the “loaded” potatoes off our bill. Please those in the kitchen, do better.

Second one I’ve ever been to. This place was night and day difference from the first one I ate at. This place had great food, constant service, and extremely friendly. We stayed for over 2 hours talking with friends and was checked upon throughout our stay. I will definitely return! Thank you!

Hostess was snippy and refused to seat us after we asked for a booth due to my handicapped foot. A booth was open but told us she couldn’t seat us there. Completely ignored us, seated others after us, and never bothered to tell us a wait time for the booth. Servers here are wonderful but that hostess doesn’t need to be working in a customer service job with that attitude shameful and wish a manager was around to talk to.

I honestly don’t know where to start. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. I really like Bob Evans food, but the so called server that we had was beyond incompetent. After we ordered, a half hour later we had no food still. A couple that came in after us got their food fairly quickly, but they had a different server. Since we still didn’t have any food, I went to talk to the manager who said he would take something off the bill. We then got our food but brought by a different server. We didn’t get our salads. We had to ask for them. The food was good, but then we were supposed to have dessert because we ordered the 3 course meal. The original waitress had rang in everything incorrectly. If was a nightmare. We finally left after being there an hour and 45 minutes. The original waitress brought us a bill for 51 dollars. I went to the register and told them that I refuse to pay for meals. Never have I ever done that anywhere. This location is just not doable anymore. I contacted you as you wanted below with no response. Is my experience not important?

Be careful of delivery orders. From our experience you have roughly a 50/50 chance of them not giving condiments/silverware or ignoring special requests. We love their food, but when you order pancakes and get nothing to put on them, it really ruins the meal.

My first time at a Bob Evans, even though I’ve seen them all over the Midwest. I thought it was exclusively for the blue-haired retired crowd. I was mistaken.
It is similar to a Perkins or an IHOP mixed with a Crackle Barrel, but very Midwest/farm/family-centric. I enjoyed my sandwich. Food was very reasonably priced, especially in these crazy times.
Service was prompt and attentive.
The restaurant and restrooms were clean.
It was a great road trip lunch. Worth going to others in the chain.

Had breakfast with family. Food seems to be getting less favorable each time while prices continue to make me wonder why we came back yet again. (Oh, ’cause my daughter requested it) Had breakfast with my mother years ago, and the bill was around $30. Stupid. $30 for eggs and bread? Until this last visit, that was the last time I ate there.

We always come here on Sundays and if you go early enough before all the church people come, you can usually get right in. The food never disappoints and is always very filling. The breakfast is classic country style and always delicious. The staff is very courteous, friendly and the food always comes out hot and fast.
