Haven’t been to this brand in a long time. Food was good, had the 8.99 Turkey Dinner. Autumn was a great server, attentive and had a good personality. The only downside was the lack of attention to guests from the two managers as they were spending time talking, look at a guest when they entered and kept talking, the female finally broke away from the talk and sat me she had a rent a center shirt on and said she works there to.hmm. .

Why are automatically adding a tip to online orders? That’s your job to pay them for the job description, not mine. It was a to go order. I tip very well when I go to restaurants but that’s usually because the server did a great job and I want to tip. Not because I have to. I will not be eating here again.

Needed a place that serves breakfast anytime. I also was looking for a meal that has lots of protein. I found both at Bob Evans! It’s a Protein Bowl.
They have two kinds: Three Meat & Garden Veggie. I’ve tried them both.
Ymmm,Yummy for the Tummy!
Each is packed with 65 grams of protein.
What I love is that both use sweet potatoes, spinach, roasted corn, black beans, and caramelized onions.
Served with 2 eggs(cooked your way) and 3 different choices of bread. Other ingredients on each one.
Well,I have tried both protein bowls twice now. Both have different flavors.
I like the 3 meat one for pure enjoyment.
I like the veggies one for pure flavor.
It’s the weekend, so I thought I’d splurge!
I ordered for the first time: The Whole Hog.
And I upgraded my home fries w bacon bits,green onions, and sour cream. Mm, Mm Good!

So we just spent 90 minutes and without my husband getting to eat! He ordered a 2pcs chicken breast fried dinner…it came out darker than cognac and drier than dust. So manager says they are re-making it asap. After another 25 minutes, we need to leave: so I go up to the cooking window and ask how long till done? Just to find out with 3 managers standing there, that they hadn’t even started yet !!! Plus my nephew ordered the 5pcs chicken strip and they were good, but only 1.5″ long! So they are nuggets no strips. Very frustrating experience!!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience when picking up a large catering order. I ordered enough food to feed over 100 people, which consisted of two very large boxes and about five full bags. Despite the size and weight of the order, no one offered to help carry anything or even acknowledged how much food I was handling.
Even worse, I was never warned about hot or spillable items. As I turned to walk out with the first box, extremely hot liquid spilled out and soaked my brand-new clothes, which I was wearing for our Christmas party. This could have caused a serious burn.
When I came back inside and asked for napkins, the employee watched me cleaning hot food off my clothes without saying a single word — no apology, no concern, nothing — and then walked away.
After paying, I tried to briefly review the receipt against the order we submitted. I didn’t even get through the first sentence before I was rushed out and told “it’s right.” This was especially frustrating considering there was not a single other customer in line during the entire interaction.
Overall, the lack of professionalism, basic courtesy, and concern for customer safety was shocking. I would not trust this location with another catering order and would strongly recommend management address staff training and customer service immediately.

This was a nostalgic visit because in Texas it was named Owens but it was the same company. It was good back in the 1980s and it was still good food. The eggs were cooked just right and the biscuits were so fluffy and delicious. The bacon was good and crunchy and the pancakes were good but not great. Will still visit and remember when my parents took us there in the 80s.

I usually love going to Bob Evans but was not impressed with this visit. My toast was so hard and crunchy it hurt the inside of my mouth from chewing (I couldn’t eat it all). My bacon was a bit crunchy as well. Coffee was a bit off (maybe the creamer?). You can’t beat the sampler price though and this is not the norm for them…

We went in there for breakfast and got three sets of silverware that were dirty. This is the fourth time I’ve been in this location. The egg that is flopped over on the omelette is as thin and chewy as a flour tortilla. Oddly enough this last time I was in there I tried to order scrambled eggs and I got what looked like the exact same egg they used on an omelette. Now after four tries at this restaurant I can’t help but tell people to stay away from this place the food is disgusting and the service appears to be coming from the management that could care less just like the servers.

We stopped on a Sunday morning after snow fall and there weren’t many people in there, but we were sat in a section away from everyone else and blocked off, so I think our server forgot about us from time to time. Food was okay, nothing special but we thought we’d have a better experience overall.
