We ate here about a week ago. We were seated immediately and the server i can’t remember her name but she was the best. Very courteous and kept coming back to check on us. Admittedly it wasn’t very busy but the place was spotless and the service was excellent. I would recommend eating here.

Ordered food on the website. No problem. I ordered a grilled chicken chopped salad. I had one piece of chicken??? My wife ordered a gravy cup for her biscuits. Not in the bag. I also got the half BLT, no mayonnaise, but guess what? It was on my sandwich. They use a yellow highlighter to highlight everything on the order. To me I would assume that means they’ve checked and that’s exactly what it is and it is as ordered. So I guess they’re just blindly marking it off and not actually looking at it. Very pleasant experience today at this location. Computers were malfunctioning, although the manager was able to keep the staff and patrons moving steadily and in good spirits. When the food arrived at the table they didn’t disappoint. Excellent presentation and amazing flavors of every dish. Coffee and iced tea stayed refilled and fresh tasting. Thank you Bob Evans Brandt Pike location in Huber Heights Ohio for another great breakfast visit and meal.

My mother and stepdad went here for lunch for their anniversary today, around 2:30 pm. They don’t remember the waitress’s name, but she was very slow and not attentive at all. My mother got the slow roasted turkey with mashed potatoes, and a side salad with extra ranch on the side. She said her rolls were hard and the gravy for the turkey tasted funny. She asked the waitress for another thing of ranch and it took her 10 minutes to get it.
My stepdad got breakfast, which included hash browns. The ketchup at the table was pretty low, so he asked for another and she gave him a bottle that was basically empty. He said other than that was very good except the toast was hard. When my mother went to pay, she stood there for like 10 minutes and nobody helped her, they weren’t busy because she saw the same waitress just standing in the back talking to other employees. A nice gentleman ended up apologizing and helped her.

Bob Evans provides poor service when you walk in the door. There is rarely anyone waiting to seat you. They tell you it’ll be one time and its more than double that. They seat some groups before others that were there first. They have no idea how to seat people, clear tables etc. I’ve gone in when there are a ton of empty tables yet there’s 50 people waiting in the lobby to be seated. Not sure what’s going on but they’ve really gone down hill. The server herself that I get every week is awesome, Jenny. She’s amazing and the only reason I’ve kept coming here.

Sadly I can only give service a 2 but they are doing their best. I 100% blame the management here for NEVER having enough staff! Its not a 1 time thing. If you come in to eat planning waiting 14 minutes for a seat. There are plenty of open tables but the waitresses usually 2, are running their butts off, the cashier is doing her best to take carry out orders, ring up the customers that ate in, hand out the carry out meals and try to sit the line of people waiting.. A good manager would either hire more, schedule more or get their butt out there to help! I do order from here fairly frequently for carryout. I know better than to eat in unless I have a lot of time to waste. The food is usually decent, well the Country Biscuit breakfast is whether I usually order. The staff is pleasant yet unnecessarily overworked.

Food was consistent, not the greatest but good, the service was excellent, we had a very sweet young lady, the gravy was kind of gross today, there was something foreign in it, but our server removed it from the bill when we sent it back.
