The waiting list was brief, and we placed our order promptly. However, we experienced a delay of approximately 30 minutes before our food was served. This particular establishment is smaller in comparison to other locations.

Went here tonight as we have been wanting country fried steak. It was not busy at all. Maybe 10 customers.
FOOD: we ordered the shareable onion rings, country fried steak, scrambled eggs, home fries, and banana bread. We were splitting the food. We had water to drink.
Most everything was ok. The gravy was quite thin. The banana bread was very poorly cut.
SERVICE: Things started well, we were sat immediately. Our table was right outside the kitchen. Waters came out quick and honestly so did the food. Then it got weird. When the entree came out, both our water glasses were close to empty. She said she would bring back refills. Instead, she and the other waitress chose to find out how many cups of sauce and cookies they could stack on their heads. So, we ate our meal without drink. BTW these are like the cups of butter and cookies they sell to customers that they were stacking on our waitress’s head. We were done eating and then she finally came out with water. Realized we were ready for boxes. After a bit she came with the boxes and the check. I went up to pay. While doing so, our waitress must have been super proud of the amount of stuff she could stack on her head, because, she was shouting to the cook to guess how much stuff she could stack up.
Our bill was about $20. Normally, I never tip less than $5 or 20%. That’s my baseline. However, tonight the waitress got what she earned. 5%. Hope next time this waitress focuses more on the actual job instead of playing in full view of the customers.

Quite literally the best service I’ve ever gotten. Legendary restaurant, yummiest ham. Jocy is the best server I’ve ever had at a restaurant before and I drive 30 minutes purely to eat at this location.

I sat down to eat before a 18 hours drive and my orders came back wrong. It took forever to get my food and when it came out they gave me my bill which made me feel rushed. They didn’t come by our table once after the bill (we didn’t ask for) to refill our drinks. They gave me the wrong coffee and it was too sweet to drink which was unusual. Then I modified my breakfast items and they came back all wrong as if it was Opposite Day there lol. My boyfriend attempted to get the same meal he usually gets and they told him he couldn’t switch out an item he usually did. Our waitress didn’t write down any of our orders, I’m almost certain that’s why it was all wrong. It was an awkward experience. And very upsetting to sit down with a coffee I couldn’t drink and a meal I didn’t want before such a long drive. The location in centerville is much better so I suggest everyone go there.

As far as chains go, the service and breakfast was pretty good. Food was hot and the waitress was very attentive.

I got chicken strips forgetting I was told last time they have changed the chicken. Now I will remember not to get this. It looks crunchy but it’s smooth and the inside is spongy. My kid gets breakfast and says it’s always good!

Normal walk-in and order take-out of same order I always get. Was greeted by Sean- super nice dude! In the hour it took to get of: family mashed, family chicken noodle, order of biscuits, a ton of delivery driver shows up at once trying to pick up for their customers! I had to say something to one of servers because Sean didn’t seem overwhelmed- I would have been! I was told he went to the manager to get her help. Welp, they were running out of food and manager was scraping food from pans and ran around like she had no clue what was going on in her store! By end of hour wait on NOTHING that had to be cooked to order for mine- I told her- The Manager Charolette- she needed to have a better pulse in her store and no one should need to go ask for her help- she should know. Her response started, “every time we go to hire”…I instantly stopped her and stated right in front of Sean and two servers, “that’s not my problem or theirs (pointing to staff)- do better and have better pulse on your store”. I looked at Sean and said thank you. I proceeded to chairs with order and it wasn’t right- gave me a tub of potato soup instead of mashed. I took it to Sean and told him. He fixed it because it was the manager that was packing the carry out orders!!?! Again, thank you Sean for your kindness and service!

Saturday morning & it wasn’t crowded. Took a little while to sit a party of 5 and took a little while for the food to come out. Food tasted like comfort food; it looked cute. Nothing special, yet nothing bad — great prices though!

Got the premium farmhouse feast, i pick it up today and will let you know, so far the costumer serves experience has been extremely easy and professional, the management was kind with me and helped me settle a glitch the automated system made (not this stores fault) but they cleared it right up for me and made it simple for me to understand what happened and what was done to fix it. Professional, kind, clear communication! Thank you Bob Evens management
Edit after picking up farm house feast: the feast Turkey, pies, rolls, are great portions, the ham that comes with it is a little lacking, if you dont have a free ham from work id suggest getting extra ham, the sides are plastic cups with lids, about the size of a large coke from McDonald’s so im glad I got 2x side lover bundle with it. The foods quality looks great, tho I won’t know till Christmas day. If your severing 10 people I would go extra ham and 2x side lover just to be safe. Was it $300 worth of food? Not really but if I wanted value i would have got all of this at the grocery store and prepped it myself. The higher price is for the convenience bob evens offers in making this Christmas easy and hassle free for the whole family. And thats why it is worth it to me.
