I know it’s hard to believe that you could actually have a bad meal at Bob. Evans, but this experience was not great, green bananas, bland eggs and cold Banana Bread. Now for the good part, the strawberries were ripe. Coffee was hot and the blueberries were good.

The first thing you notice is the friendly and attentive staff, and the next thing you notice is the comfortable atmosphere. Food was brought out very quickly and tasted perfect, looking similar to the example pictures on the menu. We ordered delivery from this location…big mistake. They use door dash…whose drivers aren’t intelligent enough to verify how many bags they should have before they leave the store. We didn’t receive half our order and when we called Bob Evans…they said we could pick it up. Duh …we already paid delivery fee and tip…why would want to pick up the rest of our order. Person on the phone said they talked to the manager and we would get a full refund. Shouldn’t we have been able to talk to manager…or they should have called us back(just good customer service). This is not the first time Door Dash hasn’t delivered our whole order….too late for long story short…but if Door Dash is your only option for delivery…warm up your oven.

The food was great and reasonably priced. $48 for three adult dinners, appetizer, and shared dessert. Service was great and everyone was very friendly.
My only complaint is that this is the stickiest place I’ve ever eaten. The menus were sticky. The drinks and tables were sticky. Even the bathroom doors stick closed. It needs a thorough professional cleaning to remove the film that covers every surface.

Had a long traffic jam south of Cincinnati causing hunger pangs. Once we cleared the traffic jam we pulled in for some blueberry pancakes at 7 pm. What a great choice with more miles to go. Service was great with a smile and humor. Just what the doctor ordered! Food was on point. Food came quickly. The bathrooms sparkling clean! Back on the road again!
