We had waited to be greeted for a couple minutes but Amy took it upon herself to approach us & check in. When realizing we had not yet but greeted, she quickly got us drinks apologized for our wait. Amy took amazing care of my partner and I. She made us feel comfortable and informed on the choices we made! The food was delicious and arrived at our table in a timely manner. Our experience was overall a 10/10, even with waiting a couple minutes, and we will be returning and asking for Amy.

I took my family there today, thinking it would be great, since I have fond childhood memories of Bob Evans. However, the food was less than desirable. Our macaroni and cheese was cold, the kids’ cheeseburgers dried out, and the country-fried steak was dry, even with an extra cup of gravy. The best thing was the mashed potatoes, and honestly, the store-bought version is better. Our blueberry pancakes tasted like onions. The waitress was more focused on the end of her shift than on providing customer service. She never asked us if we needed a refill we had to ask for it. When asked how my meal was, I replied that it could have been better, and without further inquiry, I just paid and left in a hurry. Our family will not be returning to this location.

The server was nice. Unfortunately the food even at a great price is not that good. The sausages were great but the eggs tasted bland and did not appear as a true sunny side up should. The hash browns were good. Slightly less clean cutlery too.

For the last 10 years it’s been me and my dogs for the holidays, I can cook a great turkey and the rest of a thanksgiving meal, but most of the time I don’t because it’s just too much work. Well this year I ordered the thanksgiving meal from here and it did not disappoint, only downside is I wasn’t sure the holiday hours when I ordered it over a month ago. So I ordered it for last night, after all who really cares when the holiday is, it’s always been about the delicious turkey for me, and now I have leftover to make our traditional leftover sandwiches, which is better then the actual thanksgiving feast in my opinion. Will definitely be doing this again next year. Another dumb thing is in the commercials they have a really nice looking white box and everything looks like a Disney movie, but all I got was some crappy cardboard box with crushed containers and gravy leaking all over, not a big deal just don’t know why they do that. I mean if your going to lie you could just go all out, have it in a pure gold box with jewels encasing it, have bluebirds flying around making the marks on the pies.

I came to place a take out order for an individual in the community that I serve. There was no place to sit while waiting for her order, they were absolutely packed. I would have been fine standing, but I was concerned about the individual with me, who has a disability. So I was about to sit at an empty booth, and the server came over and immediately started yelling and berating me. I would have liked to explain the situation, that we weren’t trying to cut the line, but she didn’t even give me the opportunity to speak to me like a decent human being. Other customers also approached me and said that I was out of line trying to seat myself. Terrible experience, I have talked to my companion about eating elsewhere.

Placed an online order for a chicken tender family meal. Apparently they were done cooking fresh food for the day. They gave me the most dried out over fried tenders, with old microwaved mashed potatoes, watery gravy and cold Mac and cheese that seemed like they just had walked over to Kroger and bought it out of the refrigerated section. When I reached out about my experience they had the nerve to send me a $10 gift card when my order was $30.

Just sat in the (not busy at all) dining room. Waitress got us some waters within a few minutes, no problem. Waited another 15+ minutes for anyone to take our order before we walked out

We arrived and ordered. Breakfast for me and honey chicken french toast fory sister. Took an hour to get our food. There were only about 15 other people in the restaurant. We ordered the honey chicken on a separate plate from the French toast. Cook put the honey chicken on top of the French toast so we had to wait while she made new French toast. My hash browns and sausage links were not dark the way I ordered them and the cook put butter on my toast, again not the way I ordered it. I was so hungry that if I had tried to complain about the state of my food I would not have been nice about it. My sister asked several times for her mashed potatoes to go, which she ordered with the other food, before she finally got them. One hour is way too long to wait for the meals we ordered. I will not be back and will let others know not to frequent this place.

I would have given my food a zero but that’s not an option. I went to get a honey butter chicken meal which includes two chicken breast on top of a biscuit. In instead I received 2 chicken tenders which were very very chewy, cold and the breading was falling off the chicken not edible. I placed my order to be picked up at 12:25 pm arrived at 12:30pm and my mash potatoes were cold and the ice cream in my dessert was melted. Worst experience I’ve ever had at Bob Evans. There was one man behind the counter who seemed to be doing all the jobs. While, many other people walked past me while standing at the counter. Please do better for future customers
