Poor first impression.
Sidewalk just outside the entry door full of mud, crud, and rock salt. Inside the door is a vestibule, and it was also in need of a cleaning.
The glass in the door was a mess.
Food was good and good value except $3.49 for coffee is too much.
Server was nice and efficient.

The food was amazing! There was a few things that were a little dry, but I did order close to closing time. Somehow I also received extra food in my bag when my order was delivered. The food is good as always!
Edit: another delivery from Bob Evans. They never seem to disappoint. The food is always so good and they always seem to add extra food to my order all the time. It’s always hot and fresh when it arrives and it is on time.

Frustrating experience here today from top to bottom. We got there and made eye contact with several waitress/hosts (I’m not sure exact roles but setting the scene that people knew we were there). There was no one else waiting or being checked out and it still took 5 minutes for us to be sat. Once we were sat we were told our waitress would be right over. No one came over for another 10 minutes and it was a different server than we were told. By this time we were ready to order everything so we did. It took another 15 to 20 minutes for our drinks to come to our table, and mind you we both ordered a water and then my fiancé ordered a chocolate milk and I ordered a cold brew. When she came to deliver our waters she then let us know they were out of milk entirely in the building and that they just started the cold brew because they were out. Once our food came I still didn’t have my cold brew and my meal was halfway gone by the time I got it. The pancakes weren’t cooked all the way, however the French toast was amazing. When we got the check we were told “I took the chocolate milk off for you” and in my mind I’m thinking well of course why would we pay for something we didn’t receive? I asked for a to go cold brew and was told I would have to pay for another since it is not free refills, in my mind I would’ve given it complimentary at this point since I didn’t receive mine until halfway through the meal. Nonetheless, that is a personal opinion. When we went to check out, whoever was cashing out not our server and when she asked how everything was, I said honestly not great,
she did not respond nor say anything, just stared at us finished cashing us out and said have a good day. To say, I’m disappointed of our experience is an understatement. Will absolutely not be returning.

Went on a Sunday after church and all of our food was amazing! I absolutely loved my hot caramel apple cider! The caramel apple French toast was so good as well. All three of my kids loved their food. Our waitress was super sweet and was very quick. I wish I could remember her name. This Bob Evans is probably my favorite to go to because everyone is always so nice and the food is always great.

They have a wide selection of breakfast (available anytime), lunch and dinner items and meal deals.
Fresh baked dinner rolls are superb and the colonial sauce is good on everything!
We both left very full with boxes.
Our server was amazing.
The bill was $24 plus the tip ($15) and she was deserving of every cent of that tip!!
We showed up 45 minutes before closing and were still treated like welcome guests with zero rush or shortcuts!

Ordered pick up. Food isn’t terrible but the service I received picking up the order was absolutely terrible. 4 different people saw me at the counter, not one made an attempt to help me until I said something. Got home and found it there was no banana bread or tartar sauce which was part of the order!! I paid 37 bucks for my food. Good customer service is absolutely #1 if the business wants to stay open. Train your wait staff to take pride in what they do and who they serve. A little bit of common courtesy goes a long way!

Staff was friendly. Made you feel at home. All the food was hot and delicious. Peanut butter pie was delicious, light and creamy. Mashed potatoes were creamy and slightly chunky and savory. Corn tasted like fresh sweet corn. The only issue I had was I ordered hand breaded chicken but received grilled chicken. Barbecue sauce tastes like they added Worcestershire sauce.

Food is great. If you’re okay waiting 15 minutes to get your drinks and then being completely forgotten about afterwards then this is a great place to go. We didn’t get a check in or refills or anything. Just pushed to the side until it was time for the check.

Order wasn’t ready until 25 minutes after the estimated pick up time. Both meals were thrown together like slop and ice cold. Missing the banana bread and cranberry sauce. They substituted my ham with chicken, without notifying me. I asked for a refund and the girl said no, and handed me the food, which she declared was sitting in the back for 15 mins and she ‘forgot’ to grab it. I spent $40 on what looks like dogs food. Will not be returning!

Went in for lunch around 1pm and even tho most places know that ppl r in a rush during the lunch time, it took half an hour to get a burger. I asked about the delay and they said they had ran out of beef and chix and had been waiting for the delivery truck. They could have told me that so I wouldn’t have wasted my money and time but didn’t care 2 do so. The burger was not that great.
