Bob Evans has changed so much over the last 6 years. I was just shocked on how they decreased the portion sizes but increase the price. $13 for a roast beef sandwich and fries. The bread is smaller than it used to be. The meat is less, looks different, didn’t have much flavor, all I could taste was grilled onions. Fries were cold. The pancakes were tiny compared to what they used to be. I definitely won’t go back to any. Bob Evans. It’s rip-off. Friday lunch they wasn’t busy, maybe they are loosing business because of the changes.

The waitress was also the hostess. She seated us and immediately ask what we would like to drink. Served the beverages and took the order. My husband and I ordered the breakfast scramble with grilled sour dough bread. The skillet was average. Not much flavor. The grilled sourdough was improperly prepared. It was grilled with no butter. In my opinion the cook needs more training.

We had dinner at this location and it was laughable. Ordered 3 meals and a salad. Upon ordering found out that you were out of ranch for the salad, burger buns for the burger meal, and country fried steak. All 3 meals were affected. Later overheard the staff saying they were now out of salad. When we finally did find something to order that was available and received our food it didn’t get better. The pot roast was gross and gelatinous, the carrots were soggy and tasted old. The hash browns were rock hard, and the BBQ sauce with the chicken tenders tasted like honey with some food coloring. Not a great experience to say the least. Total price for this carnival ride, $50. Used to love Bob Evans, but this was a train wreck. To put icing on the cake as we were leaving some of us used the restroom only to discover it was out of soap. Made us laugh, because why not.

This location definitely needs help. Extremely slow kitchen, cold food, under cooked food & a lot of forgotten items & yet the bill came with all those items on them. Server was not very pleasant & should have taken the missing items off the bill prior to giving it to us. If you are that busy I suggest turning off mobile orders in order to serve the people on site.

We ordered chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich. Waited am hour for our meals. When they finally came out the tenders were very over done. $51 for an hours wait and something I could have gotten at wendys for a fraction of the price and better quality

It you order the hand breaded fried chicken, make sure you cut it open and check it before you eat it. They gave me 2 completely raw in the middle chicken breasts.

They will literally ignore you, I waited one time to pay for 15 minutes, I could have walked out this place without paying and they wouldn’t even know, now I’m waiting to pick up and order because I couldn’t possibly imagine eating in here again but now I’m being forced to wait even longer than it would take to get seated to get a pick up order. Make that make sense get new staff
