We chose to have a late lunch…perhaps early dinner…but regardless, the food was excellent, as always! Our server was great and thoughtful to all of our needs. Two days before Christmas, out shopping and tired, Bob Evans is always a winner! Of course, I left the restaurant with some Buckeye candy … TOTAL YUM!

Did a door dash tonight the Mac and cheese was missing and the butter had hair in it . Very disappointed about that. I told door dash about the missing Mac and cheese and I want my money back but it’s the employees that need to make sure the orders are correct and complete for the delivery or a pickup. I worked for bob Evans in 2023 as a cook and I made sure things were correct and my customer were happy about it. So next time just make sure my order is complete and correct.and missing the icing for the cinnabiscuits

Food was good and I love their cappuccino . I would recommend to pay attention to their busy times. When we were there it was busy busy. But the staff did the best they could do to keep up. So I’m not complaining. However the party of 30 should have maybe called ahead so they could have been prepared.

I ordered blueberry pancakes without the whipped cream because I have a dairy allergy. Instead of remaking them the took the whipped cream off and I could still see it.

I ordered delivery and paid for a loaf of banana bread, but was given banana bread that was expired (2 days old).
I never opened it until the next day to have it with my meal and it was covered in mold.

We come here every Sunday for a breakfast date and every time the tables are dirty and sticky. I come out to eat so I don’t have to cook and clean up, I don’t appreciate having to clean my own table with the only napkin they give me. The food is always good other than that.

We’ve been eating here every week for about 1-2 years. Ever since the old manager left I’ve seen a decline in service. We used to spend maybe 30-45 mins in there. Now we’re almost forced to spend longer. We’ve been getting the same waitress every time and every time she seems very uninterested and has a bad attitude. Tonight she took 10-15 mins to even get us our drinks! She gets our order a little bit wrong almost every time which is forgivable but we order the same thing every time we come. I finished my water and she asked if I would like a refill and proceeded to not get me one. I just feel like the priorities here are clearly not the customers, it seems like she prefers to spend her time talking the boys. Find better servers that actually wanna be attentive to the customers.

Our visit was less than great. Our waitress was grumpy and not pleasant. She brought out our order and served us biscuits instead of banna bread. When asked to fix the order, she stomped off. Then our salad came. The wrong dressing was served. We couldn’t find her so we got the on duty manager. He came to our table to address the issue and his clothing was a dirty mess. Covered in grime and was disgusting. Not what you want see when someone is serving you food. We didn’t finish our meal. We paid the check and left.
This was not the experience we usually have at Bob Evans.
