Absolutely never coming back to this location. We ordered takeout back on February 6, family meal deal of 4 chicken sandwiches, came to like $33. We received 4 RAW chicken sandwiches. My 9 year old ate a bite of the most raw chicken sandwich. Bob evens is very lucky my son didn’t get food poisoning. We called management and explained the situation, which we were very nice and understanding (even tho my son could have gotten very sick), but we get mistakes happen. Management said she was emailing corporate to get us a refund since we did not want to drive 20 minutes back to that location to get a re-made order (noone wanted their food anymore at this point anyways because we were all grossed out). 3 weeks go by and I decide to call corporate myself to see where our refund is- manager never sent the request to corporate. So now I will wait and see if corporate really holds true to their word and refunds us (they offered a gift card, not even a refund to my card of payment, which is shady as well). I tried handling this nicely and professionally but that got me nowhere so now I’m letting everyone know how they handle things. Check your chicken people.

The waiter was really great, even though it seemed like he had a lot of tables to take care of. The coffee was cold, and he made a fresh pot. My food was lukewarm when it came out, but it still tasted good. It’s hard to tell from the picture, but the rolls were super flat like there was something missing before they were cooked. Overall, it wasn’t a horrible experience, but it also wasn’t one that would make me want to come back any time soon.

Met with my little Momma this morning for breakfast at Bob Evans. They have exceptional coffee & that’s always a plus for the first meal of the morning. My little Momma enjoyed her French toast & I had a traditional breakfast with some fresh fruit which was delicious. Our waitress accommodated us with what we were wanting & the meals were served promptly.

I ordered online during thanksgiving and their power went out so most of the online orders were missing. There was over 10+ people waiting for food. Lobby was full, people were irritated. Chaotic. Jenna(?) I believe was her name, took it upon herself to start writing down names, orders and quickly get people their food. She was doing amazing!! In a high stress situation where it would be understandable to drop everything and walk out, she did amazing and took care of the situation as best she could. She definitely deserves a raise!!

So this is my second time at this location. Very professional and freindly service. Quick enough as well. Menu selection is varied enough to keep most happy. The items I chose were tasty so i have no complaints.

My Husband and I are over the road truck drivers, we have never ate at a Bob Evans as where we are from the desert South West. We parked overnight at the pilot, walked over to the nearby Bob Evans. I’m hooked amazing service, the food was out of this world, great prices!

Bacon wad cooked in microwave, banana bread was not cooked at all in middle, French toast was gross, no cheese in steak omelet. Very nice waitress.
