Not a very pleasant visit. Walked in with my family manager made eye contact and proceeded to answer the phone before acknowledging us. Waited about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. As our waitress was taking us to the table the restaurant was a mess. Only table that was clean was the 1 she took us to. We ordered and waited 45 minutes for our food. My burger and daughter’s food came out and she said that they put onions on my wifes pot roast and that they were picking them off. Pot roast was cold my burger was dry and hard. Once the food came out that was the last time we seen our waitress until she dropped our check off. While paying the manager didnt ask how the food was just the total of my bill. No thank you have a great night nothing. Won’t be coming back to this bob evans I would rather go to perkins from here on out.

This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had here! Our waitress was rushing us from the second we sat down. She brought our drinks and asked if we knew what we wanted and we said we just needed a minute, she comes back not even two minutes later and says “what can I get you guys?” As we are still clearly looking at the menu… I said we just need another minute and she seemed really annoyed that we didn’t know yet. This was all in a 5 minute time frame?! I’ve never felt so rushed to get my order in, in the end I just ended up picking something that I wasn’t happy with just to hurry because I felt uncomfortable. It wasn’t even busy either, if it was I would be WAY more understanding. After bringing our food out she was basically done with us, just walked by our table dropped the check off without saying a word or looking at us. Meanwhile we can hear her with the table beside us asking questions like “is there anything else I can get you guys? Is this gonna be separate or together? Do you need a box?” – NONE of which we got. Neither my boyfriend or I are confrontational people so throughout all this uncomfortableness where we felt very unwelcome, we were still being VERY polite and giving her the benefit of the doubt. But after leaving I just feel frustrated and upset that we were treated that way when we did absolutely nothing wrong. Also lastly the picture attached is self explanatory, I realized there was a dead bug in the biscuit I was eating – which even that I can be understanding with, it happens!! But it was just the cherry on top of this experience.

The food is as good as its always been. Which is Great. But Delivery is a joke. The driver, drives around with the food in the car for half an hour before driving to you.

Came in with my family tonight about 730 place waa empty except 1 customer we traveled from beaver falls we love bob evans we gad the best visit ever the server was superior excellent steady with checking on us made sure we were happy food was so good I recommend honey butter chicken so much food I had my 3 sons with me they enjoyed it thank you staff and server great experience please everyone visit this place you eont regret it

It was the best food I had ever had, and I was treated like family highly recommended it. My family and I enjoyed our food, which met our standards. The food is also made correctly and fast. The waiter was friendly and treated us with respect, and was very polite. The state of restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I give a 10/10 for being such an excellent and caring environment. I will be coming back for the foreseeable future.

We very rarely come here but when we do we pig out The service is always great the staff are very friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever ordered anything other then breakfast here. We tend to always take home a goodie or 2 from the little store area. Food is always good, hot and fresh. I can never come here without getting sausage gravy and biscuits.

They have a new dish called farmhand breakfast sandwich and gravy. It is soo good. You can dip you sausage egg and cheese biscuit sandwich in the sausage gravy. It is the best breakfast sandwich and Biscuits and gravy mix. I absolutely loved it. Had it with the Caramel mocha which has unlimited refills. It was the perfect way to start my day.
