We had an amazing experience at Bob Evans. Matthew was our very attentive and personable server. He was amazing from start to finish. Made sure we were doing good throughout our dinner service. Paid great attention to detail and didn’t have to ask for anything as he anticipated our needs. Matthew ask about our experience, which is always a great detail. Great food! Great service! And their bathrooms were very clean. Tables were sanitized after people left. All staff that I saw were wearing masks. Looked to me like they were doing everything they could to be CDC compliant. Over all, a nice visit.

I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star. Noone greeted us while we were there 20 minutes and there were people seated & waiting to moved from lobby. No staff even apologized for the wait, nothing. Only people they spoke to were ones who were standing at the cashier or sitting in chairs next to the serving area. They still walked over and ignored us and sat someone else who was waiting. Apparently we have to stand in the middle of the seating area to be noticed. Wasn’t that busy but guessing only 3 people working makes it hard to seat people and cook.
