The staff and manager were great and the restaurant was spotless. However my food wasnt the best. My breakfast was luke warm. Even the biscuits. My hash browns were cold and tasted oily. It wasnt busy so how this happened

We had about a 10 min wait, which was much shorter than the 30 min estimate. We all had the pot roast, it was delicious. Two of us had banana bread with the meal and the other had rolls. Our meals came out in about 10 mins. Our server was efficient, not the most personable, but polite.

I would give this place a 20/10 rating if I could! Stopped in for breakfast so happy that I did I haven’t been into a Bob Evans in forever. What you can get food wise for the value of your money is unimaginable nowadays. I paid $20 flat pay the cash tip but still my whole meal $20 and I got so much food. Everything came out super fast. Nothing forgotten, butter, utensils, syrup I had it all. My cappuccino – chefs kiss. Definitely coming back soon. Thank y’all so much for the good meal and friendly service.

It was from my father’s birthday so we went to the one in Cuyahoga Falls the waitress was very nice I think I got the country breakfast which consisted of two or three eggs hash browns and then the sausage I asked for the sausage well done and it was it was a really good breakfast it really was I used to think Bob Evans gave you smaller portions compared to say Cracker Barrel but they really don’t the only thing they don’t give you that Cracker Barrel does is biscuits when you asked for them you get charged for biscuits where at Cracker Barrel you do not for overall it was a good experience and I think my dad really liked it I also had one and a half of his pancakes and they were good also if not a touch rubbery

They finally ditched the “corporate makeover” that ruined the restaurant in the 90s and 00s to try and lure us old people back, a target market they’d abandoned. Food is a better value now and they ditched the terrible clinical atmosphere in favor of returning to a more human and homelike atmosphere. Still no actual Bob Evans sausage because the farm’s products are too expensive for the restaurant of the same name to carry.

We stopped in this morning for a simple breakfast. Our waitress was nice, but for the price, our food left something to be desired.
The hash browns where cold and plastered together, an extra $3.00. The sausage was cold and dry and the eggs, which were ordered over medium, were luke warm and runny. Add one cup of coffee for $3.50 and it turned into a not so pleasant experience.
Come on guys, for the price, you can do better.

The carpet has a very strong odor like there have been many food spill and it is not cleaned properly. The carpet needs removed. I could barely eat!

Food isn’t that great. They are a breakfast place, but they don’t even serve waffles. Service is friendly, but management reduces the number of active waitresses down to the lowest number possible. Quiet, but filled with boomers.

Bob Evans next to Sheetz,+ In Stow, Are Amazing everytime I’ve been there, Staff cannot do enough for you. Managers are Always Present..Food is Amazing, Will be Trying out their Turkey Dinners again this year, Banana Breads, All the Breads, Pies are just Fresh, Wonderful for this Picky Girl..WELL DONE BOB + STAFF..Never an Issue in over 20+ years now..Great Work All !!!

Food was good, waitress was not friendly at all. She was rushed and didn’t even wait around after asking us if we needed anything. Felt like we were bothering her. That was a first at any Bob Evans. I have always had nice waiter and waitresses. That put a damper on our time there with relatives from out of state.
