Arrived at 12, not many tables at time. Took 45 min.for food to come out.
Server said, new chef caused the delay. Server is not willingly to serve. Have to ask for missing foods. Not observe or ask for refill at all. We have to ask for syrup,jelly,napkins, missing pancakes. She did not inform me that ran out of grit until I asked for it.

Highly dont recommend. Service was close to non-existent. We waited 30minutes before we were even approached at the table. Another hour for food. My bacon that I wanted cooked crispy was undercooked if even cooked, and my home fries were over cooked. Ran out of drink before food and never got refills. Horrible service, if I could go lower than a one I would.

The food is always fine but the service is in desperate need of some work. I had to log into a different account just to leave another review after not visiting this store in over 6 months.
I ordered carry out and I was blatantly ignored for over 15 minutes. When I came in another customer whom was also being ignored was waiting at the check out counter. After about five minutes he sat down to continue to wait and I moved from the carry-out counter to that counter and to my surprise it was a blond woman with a striped sweater standing a few feet away, lazily doing small task while working her hardest to not look our way. She even began taking a phone order a few minutes later and only then did a server tell us that she(the blond) will be with us soon, confirming that the blond woman was purposefully not doing her job before. Finally an entirely different employee came out from the back to kindly start handing out the orders although this only happened after even more costumers began to congregate. Unsurprisingly my order was the first order already on the counter as at this point it was supposed to be ready nearly 30 minutes ago as I came 10 minutes after the ready time. All other staff was nice but I don’t understand why the blond woman would be ignoring customers when all she has to do is hand out orders. Very unprofessional and unfortunately she seemed to be some type of manager. Unless you’re dinning in don’t bother with this location unless you’re fine with bad customer service and cold food.

Our server was really good! My 2 yr old son started crying and and Regina helped us to get settled. She was kind and good with him. The food was good and the restaurant is clean.

I got the loaded potatoes which didn’t have enough sour cream and any extra sour cream cost extra. I also got the Blue Ribbon bacon which was highly disappointing it was drowned with pepper as you can see which really made it taste awful. If they wanted they bacon to taste like Million Dollar bacon all they had to do was ask First Watch for they recipe and they probably would have helped them achieve that goal. Will I be back yes because the customer service was excellent and the atmosphere was great but I just will never order this again.

Was craving diner pancakes and this was the nearest to me at the time. Ordered the Supreme Cinnamon Hotcakes and it did not disappoint. Its on the sweeter side for sure, basically a cinnamon roll as a pancake. Also ordered their fried cod (not pictured) and it turned out good. Only gave 4 stars due to the long wait, probably due to the fact I went on a Sunday afternoon.

Waited to be seated which took a long time & then the seating was not ideal. It’s seems like they may have been short staffed, but it was not very inviting & I ended up leaving. It was not a comfortable enough atmosphere for me to stay & dine there.

I ve ate here a few times food is good , and takes a little time but its worth the weight there not rushing the food . I a always get Tara for my server super nice lady ,takes care of business with a smile . If it gets busy it is slower service but thats everywhere . Nice clean restaurant, and seems to be orderly with nice staff.

This is a typical Bob Evans. The plate was hotter than the food. The waitress was busy but took care of us. They looked like they were possibly short staffed in the kitchen. Waitress was attentive and did her best with the slow kitchen.

We ordered omelettes to go. The omelette was good, but the portion size for the shredded hash browns was ridiculous. Why are you only giving a spoon size of hash browns and you’re charging $15? Potatoes are cheap.
