Went yesterday for dinner yesterday and much to our surprise our favorite waitress Jess was there…She is absolutely a wonderful employee, not only does she give accurate, prompt and attentive service …She is so friendly and welcoming to her customers. What an asset to the company. The food has been so good on our last few visits as well. Hot, tasty and pleasing to the eyes. It has truly been a pleasure to visit and eat here and a huge part of that was Jess!

Service and atmosphere is always great.As for the food it’s hit or miss.My husband and I go at least once a week for breakfast. This morning, I was enjoying my breakfast when I found a hair in my hashbrowns. Needless to say I was disgusted and couldn’t finish my breakfast. The waitress was very understanding and offered another plate for me, but I was so disgusted that I could not even think of eating again. When leaving, I asked to speak to the manager and brought it to his attention of what had been found in my food and his response was well she’s wearing a hat. My response to that was maybe she should wear a hairnet because this is not the first time it has happened to customers. I also said that I would be checking in to see if any changes have been made when I come back. We may have to change where we eat if a hairnet is not made mandatory for the cooks.Please have your cooks wear a hairnet not a hat!!

My waitress was Patricia. She had a pleasant attitude considering how busy they were. It took some time to get our food but once it came it was good. A little more seasonings would have been nice but overall it was a decent breakfast date with my hubby.

Husband and I went to eat here after a terrible day to get some comfort food. Waitress was very nice but the food was not good. We waited a long time for our food and when it arrived there were some issues. Our onion rings were overcooked and tasted like old cooking oil. My burger bun was drenched in steak sauce and practically inedible. My husband asked for no lettuce on his burger but got lettuce. I didn’t say anything to the server, she was so nice and after the terrible day we had we just paid and left.

Food was ok my burger was cooked well but my fries were a little over done. The chicken sandwich was perfectly done and no complaints there. As far as the service goes the waitress was friendly but during a time where covid is still spreading and spreading very quickly it is discerning that the patrons are seated so very closely to the next table, especially when the dining room has the space for it. I’m giving them 2 stars because guest safety is obviously not a priority for this location.

Unfortunately my visit today was lacking quality, my husband and I ordered food for pick up, I get home and realize my order is missing multiple small items. My salad is missing the dressing, my LOADED mashed potatoes are missing the sour cream (both the loaded mash and salad is extra so it’d be nice if all items were in there). My husband was missing the syrup for his pancakes and we were missing butter. It’s very upsetting to have to now get into the habit of checking the bag before leaving when I shouldn’t have to do so. Will never order to go again.

Bacon burnt.
Pancakes about as thin as a piece of lunch meat and brown instead of golden.

Sincere Service
Great family friendly restaurant! Waitress was so kind, attentive and fast. The food on the other hand wasn’t. I usually don’t order scrambled eggs from restaurants and this is why. Nothing worse then having to force yourself to eat something you spent your money on. Other wise the restaurant had a nice vibe, and the staff were extremely nice.
