Stood in the lobby for 15-20 mins while staff continuously just looked at us. Only 2 small groups waiting ahead of us while 6 tables left while standing there. They weren’t sitting people, weren’t busing tables and many employees standing around. Can’t comment on food as never even got to eat.

We were the only customers in the restaurant around 7:00 pm for dinner. We waited 10 minutes to get seated in an empty restaurant, Food took ages to arrive, food was cold, and the waitress didn’t even care to refill our drinks and she seemed to have an attitude with us. Maple side bobs is the worst bobs in zanesville. Do not go to this bobs goto the one on Underwood for a better experience.

Went with family yesterday. Soon as they sat us down the table was all sticky basically dirty… the waitress act like she didn’t understand anything but she was alright. But after we got our food she never came back to check on us . An when the food was brung out a girl with a hat came out with her helping . But she was very rude smacking her lips bc my mom asked for something. She Pacifically asked for crispy bacon an they bring out slimy bacon an was mad about it … if we asked for something to be done that’s the cooks job to do it so why are you mad ? I guess she didn’t tell the cook or they just didn’t listen . Rude service an nasty food … don’t go here . Try the one near down town off Adair . This location SUCKS

The associates where , professional easy access to and from maple Ave in Zanesville Ohio don’t for get to ask for military discount. Wheelchair accessible close to Walmart and Gabes PNC bank and other small stores around. Bob Evans is very clean and reasonably priced and good food.
