We went here for thanksgiving dinner. Food was pretty mediocre. Thin dry turkey. Dry Mac and Cheese scraped off the bottom of the pan.
Had to ask them to remake it. They did but c’mon. Shouldn’t have to ask to have fresh food.
We waited a long time to actually get our food and service was slow. It wasn’t even packed. I understand it was on Thanksgiving but that’s not an excuse for the service and food we got.

This is our favorite place to eat. We are there often and meet friends there also. The absolute best staff work mornings. We call them the fabulous four! The food is great and the place is always clean and they are always helpful and friendly.

RICK HAS GOT TO GO!!!
I dined in on Christmas Eve and had one hell of an experience. I had to wait over 40 minutes for my food, which is understandable because of how busy the staff was. The carry out was crazy busy and there was no managers out helping. Instead, I see the manager Rick doing absolutely NOTHING except getting angry at staff when trying to ask for help. I overheard one of the staff ask for help and Rick proceeded to throw a broom and burst out in anger. I have been coming here for years and have never seen a manager manage this place in a more terrible way than Rick has. I will NOT be coming back unless there is better management. Also, I wanted to say that although I had to wait for my food, my waitress was outstanding and the food was really good! Sorry for the rant but Rick has got to go!!!

The service was really good and the prices are fair. My guests with me have never been to a Bob Evans before and they really enjoyed their burgers and fries. Generally, when you want a breakfast, you can’t go wrong Bob Evans, and I’m glad I was able to find one while on vacation. They have some souvenirs to buy as well, which is fun. I picked up a couple of shirts and one of them is 100% cotton which shocked me.

We’ve ordered 3x from this particular Bob Evans. It’s close to work and thought it would be a good idea. First time, was pretty good. Second time, wild fire salads were made incorrectly, no BBQ sauce on it… which is why it’s even called a wild fire salad. Bessie Mae, I believe her name was, was wonderful… made us 2 correctly made salads. A little grossed out by the long haired kid behind the counter, repeatedly flicking his hair as he walked back and forth by food. Ordered again today. Hardly any chicken on the salads, pieces ripped up, dry, and… someone obviously cut our banana bread in half, making 2 pieces from one. Skinniest skimpiest most pathetic little banana bread slices ever. Over $20 for these 2 salads. Guess we’ll be heading back to briarfield cafe for lunch from now on. Very disappointed.
