Shelbi is a wonderful waitress! Her smile and attention to detail is sweeter than the strawberry hot chocolate she made for our to-go order.

Food portions have definitely shrank…but was tasty. Really wish the upgrade on my hash browns was worth the price.

Definitely deserves alot more stars. Ashley did an amazing job serving. She was on top of it the whole time with a smile. She was kind respectful and knows what she is doing. The dish the wrangler was,absolutely delicious with the home frys loaded. The coffee was strong and good taste. But the hostess was rude by cutting in between me and someone else without saying excuse me or anything.

We had an amazing experience at Bob Evans! Even though it was a Sunday and there was a wait, it was well worth it. The food and service were exceptional, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. We left feeling satisfied and happy. Highly recommend! The best was the 3 meets omelette…. Delicious Saturday I got seated right away, and the waitress was amazing

Came into this specific Bob Evans for the first time today and it was great. Specifically our waiter, Aaron, was phenomenal. He was attentive, great with the kids, and just elevated the customer experience. Wish every waiter i had was like him.

Service hit or miss! front end girl works like crazy filling your orders ringing up orders cashing out people while others including mgr on duty stood back filling cups, supplies etc and left her struggling!! Not impressed at all!

Had a lovely dinner with my wife. The waitress was pleasant, the place a clean. My wife’s dinner (turkey with stuffing, green beans and potatoes) was great! She loved it and I had a few bites, it was delicious. I got the surf and turf. It was okay. The meat was black on one side, but still tasted good. The home fries were a little under done and crunchy and the Mac and cheese was Luke warm.The rolls we’re absolutely splendid, warm and soft, they melted in your mouth practically. All in all a good Thursday night.

Overall I felt it was a three but we had company at the table we had a fruit fly at the table that wouldn’t leave the only time we get fruit flies at home is if something is dirty no I didn’t inspect the kitchen but we still had a fruit fly at our table the whole time we were there
