I was disappointed here. I was given a dirty plate for biscuits, my food was overdone and fries smelled like fish oil. This was the first time in my life that I returned my food. I will give it 2 stars because the server tried to correct it.

Due to the location being near my condo, I order from there a lot. A lot as in 4 or 5 times a month. For the last few months 2 out of every 3 times I picked up an order, at least 1 thing was missing. I never reported it because the guy that handled that seemed like a good guy and I didn’t want to get him in trouble. I am officially done with Bob Evans. I am so sick and tired of paying for and not getting what I ordered. I made the effort to get a refund a few months back, but the problem persisted. I am not wasting any more money on this place.

We went at a busy time so it took a while to get seated and then even longer to get our order in. I know it’s not the server’s fault but the fact that there were only one or two servers during the dinner rush might be an indication of questionable management. Not my place to say though. The server was super friendly. I got the caramel apple farmer’s choice (a special for the fall) and it was delicious. I strongly recommend the caramel apple hotcakes to anyone considering trying them. The bacon and eggs were good. The hash browns tasted a bit bland and perhaps slightly undercooked.

We waited almost 10 minutes to be seated. Then we waited another 8 minutes for a server to ask for our drinks and take our order. Then 50 minutes for the food. I ordered over easy eggs that where hard, veggies in my husband western omelet was raw.The assistant manager said” oh well”, then when I said I was making a review she offered and discount,then decided it would be on them. The server forgot to put the order in.
So since they were in the wrong, the food was not very good, and no one came back to even check in. Never again

Every time I ordered a double pot roast dip sandwich meal the sandwich was always perfectly toasted. What the hell is this???? I got a sandwich that wasn’t toasted, bread soggy and falling apart and a scant amount of gravy in s cup. Really upset with this one!
