This past Sunday afternoon, the manager on duty did a wonderful job during a very busy time at Bob Evans. I believe her name was Aerin. Despite the rush, she remained calm, organized, and very welcoming to guests. Her hospitality and leadership skills really stood out and helped create a positive experience as well as a wonderful atmosphere. It’s always nice to see someone who takes pride in making sure customers feel taken care of. She went above and beyond and my family will definitely be back!

I love coming to Bob Evans for early morning coffee and breakfast
I am disappointed at the coffee, it’s too blend, I have made suggestions to staff in the past to make it stronger. A good strong coffee is very important to me, if some people don’t like it strong, they can add a little bit of hot water, but you can’t make it stronger once it’s brewed.
Please; invest in serving stronger coffee.

This is my last time here. I have been trying to give them a chance because I know they have staffing issues for the last two years. This location is close to my home and church. But this experience was the worst by far. The cold brew was watered down so badly it tasted like nothing. The whipped topping and chocolate sauce couldn’t even sweeten it to make it taste like something. Banana nut bread arrived after the meal was almost finished without butter. My home fries were burnt and the portion size was off. Couldn’t send them back because the server never came back. The server kept evading us never checked to see if we needed refills or wanted to order anything additional. We had to go to the counter to get take out silverware. We waited 6 minutes while our food got cold for the server to return; she never did. We had to stand at the front counter to get the check because again the server brought the to go order but forgot the check. My take out order was wrong and there were up-charges for food I didn’t order. The manager wants sympathy for staffing issues but we are still paying full price for subpar food and terrible service.

There is a lady at the register I believe her name is Crystal this is not a person the you want as a server, or a cashier she displayed rudness, very nasty demeanor. She dont need to work around people or food. I will never come back here never got the food and money refunded. People need to be better.

Great place to eat. 2 out 4 visits were absolutely wonderful. On the other visits I asked for a hard fried egg & wheat toast and twice the egg was runny, once the toast and the coffee were burnt. Once the service was terrible. He didn’t pay attention to the order he took and never made sure the eggs were properly cooked. Other servers were great, food was right and delicious and the atmosphere was always pleasant. Lots of parking with easily accessible entrances. I will visit again despite the issues in this review.

Came here for a bunch with my family and seemed like there was a good amount of people. We waited about 5-10 minutes for a table. I’ve mostly known bob evans for breakfast but they had a Dang Hot Chicken sandwich that looked good. I had that and my wife had the dang hot chicken dinner. They were okay. It was basically fried chicken drizzled with hot sauce and ranch. I guess i was having hopes that it would be like a Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Service was decent, the waitress corrected herself on forgetting my lemon with my tea so that was good. It’s usually a coin toss for restaurants to remember. She didn’t end up refilling it though. The atmosphere wasn’t anything super special. It fit the theme of the place though. We will be back to try some breakfast though and i can revisit this review.
