The waitress was good. The bacon was not cooked well. Any other Bob Evans I have visited, the manager comes around to check on things, get feedback. Not at this location. For me 3 stars is above.

Just went Sunday around 11:30 and had no line when we went in, stood at the kiosk to be seated and saw 8 staff members bustling around and attending tables. Most of the staff seemed like they were trying to avoid eye contact, aside for the 4 that did make eye contact with us no one greeted us for 10 minutes I kid you not. We took ourselves to M&M’s in town and had a great service there instead

Service was extremely slow and not friendly. Ingredients in omelet were burnt. It took over 10 minutes before a waitstaff acknowledged us and got our drink order. She did not check back with us or bring things we needed in a reasonable amount of time. Staff was not friendly or even hospitable at all. Food took forever and was of very poor quality. Not the Bob Evans from years ago.

My wife and I visited this Bob Evans this week. October 28 around lunchtime. I ordered a sunrise burger and fries. My wife ordered sausage and gravy with hash browns. My burger tastes almost rotten and had a horrible smell to it. I took 2 bites and couldn’t eat anymore. My wife’s sausage gravy was cold and also had a horrible taste to it. Her hash browns were old. It was like chewing on rubber. Total disappointment as I’ve always live Bob Evans food. This is our goto restaurant because we never had a bad experience back home. How this place is still open is beyond me. Here it is Thursday and we are both just now getting over the sickness from eating there. Stay clear of this restaurant if you want edible food. Waitress was good but, got an attitude when we asked for another order of hash browns and gravy. Food wasn’t even warm. Everything we ordered was either old food or reheated.

My siblings and I meet annually and stay for a week in the Logan area. As we grew up locally, Bob Evans was a treat for breakfast. It has become a tradition for us to check out of our lodging and go to Bob Evans before all of us headi back to our homes.
This year our breakfast was an utter disaster. It was Sunday morning, September 19, so I would expect the restaurant to be prepared for a larger than usual crowd and staff accordingly. Instead the wait staff was clearly understaffed and trying to maintain service. There were six in our group which is not large. We waited nearly half an hour to order and then nearly 45 minutes for our food which was not well prepared. It was obvious that the kitchen was likely understaffed as well and not prepared for the number of breakfast orders.
This was clearly a management error. The staff was clearly doing the best possible under the circumstances they were dealing
with.
We will not return. The experience was poor for us as guests and the staff was poorly treated by management.

I had breakfast there with my family on Sunday October 19. Nothing about our meals was even close to being good. My hash browns were over cooked and cold and my omelette was flat and skimpy on the cheese and spinach. Nothing about the meal was even approached what l would have expected. The wait time was too long, the food was not good and the meal cost me over $100 for my family. To say it was disappointing is not doing justice to how bad it really was.

1st timer. I haven’t ate at a Bob Evan’s since the last time I ate at one and got sick but I gave it another go and I’m glad I did! Not all locations are the same! This location in particular was perfectly placed. The young man at the door was a little off putting but our server and server in training was amazing. I ordered a Vegetable omelet with fruit and 2 pancakes to share. The pancakes were great! The omelet though it was good and very fresh it wasn’t an omelet (in my opinion). Everyone has different styles of making there omelets and it wasn’t what I was used to, Is all. It had way too many onions and the bacon could’ve been chopped and not in whole pieces but Overall really good food and good experience. Thank you!
