I was placing a To-Go order and had been waitng a while. I was offered a beverage for being so patient, while waiting a bit. Crystal provided great Customer Service, as well as, Joanie. I ordered the New Fresh Start Omelet and added Spinach. I ordered the fruit and banana bread. I devoured all the fruit before I could snap a picture. The food was so good and tasted like it was made with love. Thanks to the Chef! By far, it has been the BEST Bob Evans location I’ve been. I commute from Columbus, OH and it is just refreshing to go somewhere welcoming for a great tasting breakfast. They also included a carryout note. It was the first time I’ve seen this and it was very much appreciated. I recommend this location. I added some pictures to check out, for those Omelet lovers out there… Overall, I give this location 10 STARS!!!

We went for the Thanksgiving meal… not impressed. I was full so I’m thankful for that. Limited on what you can get and wont allow any substitutes for any other items. You can’t bring anything home unless it was on your plate. It was ok, nothing spectacular and the turkey was kind of rubbery.
My waitress was horrible. She was quick to run away and was extremely hard to get any refills for that. I understand its Thanksgiving, but I didn’t choose your job for you, you chose it yourself. So have pride and dignity in everything you do. Next year I’m cooking, its better that way!

I met my friend here. She got pancakes and so did I. I also got a couple sausage patties that were fried to perfection. Bob Evans was a hog farmer, and his pork sausage was what him famous and for good reason, so I always get some no matter what location I visit.

We ate breakfast at this location on a Sunday morning. Service was slow and everyone’s food was cold. The gravy bowls had a skim on them from sitting so long. Overall a terrible meal and a bad experience. They even messed up on the checkout process. Last time we eat at this location.

I went to pick up my food curbside order, at your request, not mine. Called, no, I have to come in. I go in, get in line only to be told, I checked and need to go to the back of the line. I canceled my order. I’m an elder and won’t be treated that way by your staff.

You created that mess by designating it as a curbside order when the order was placed. It was like a cattle call.

She didn’t tell me to come in and get in line. Did she? Then she said you are the one who called. Go to the back of te line. I had a picjup time! I had curbside puckup for 12:45.. did all those people in line have a paid confirmation order online? N.o.
Cause it crashed.
Bad look . Bait and switch. Email instructs one thing, I get there, and it’s another. I realize it’s a holiday but state the correct facts, and people won’t be upset. I’m not waiting in line for a meal. People with disabilities and elders just can’t.

Went to Ft Wright location. Turkey and dressing was terrible. Dressing not cooked. Turkey dry. Hard ends. Our waitress never ask us 1 time if we needed another drink. 33. Dollars 2 much to pay for food you can’t eat.
