We had a lovely visit to Bob Evans! The atmosphere is always so warm and family-friendly—my daughter especially loved sitting by the window. I was really impressed with their retail section this time. They have a great deal on their fresh-baked loaves (2 for $8!), and I couldn’t resist looking at the Mallo Cups and specialty coffees. Everything felt very ‘farmhouse fresh’ and clean. The staff was welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a stress-free family meal. Highly recommend the pumpkin bread!

This is the best Bob Evans ever. Chantelle is the absolute best waitress we’ve ever had. The food is always AMAZING and tastes perfect. Oh how the mighty have fallen. Bob Evans used to be so busy and popular. I should know, I worked in one in high school way back in the day. I remember it always being packed, especially on the weekends. This location, though, is the opposite of that, and it is quite saddening to see.
The atmosphere inside is, of course, much different than when I was in high school. But, this restaurant is clean, organized, and kept up very well. The day we went there were only a couple of other tables full but the staff members were still very pleasant.
Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, and fast with our drinks after we ordered. My wife ordered a grilled chicken breast with corn and mashed potatoes. She commented how good the seasoning was and the chicken was cooked thoroughly. I had a bacon cheeseburger and fries. As I always do I asked for my burger to be well done and it was cooked perfectly.
During our meal our server checked on us a few times (which is perfect for us), and was pleasant to talk to.
We don’t go to Bob Evans much these days due to so many other options in the area but this location is one we will definitely return to.

I’ve been eating here for as long as this location has been open! Great food, STILL great pricing, and a large menu with a great variety of foods.
We’ve had Sandee as our server at the Fruitville location several times, and we’ve ONLY had top notch servicvfrom her! She’s a great server! Very polite, efficient, , informative and on top of everything!

Had an issue with my doordash order this morning and didnt get my meal … i called spoke with a gentleman named Nick and he was very polite and helpful to make sure the replacement order for the missing meal and side were replaced and had just gone out with the dasher… Had to recognize great customer service because there is not alot of that anymore .. Nick if you see this…. Thank You for your help Very appreciative

Went to breakfast with my daughter this morning her pancakes were burned she ate nothing I ordered the sunshine skillet it was missing the sausage and the biscuit that was supposed to come with it. Our server never came back to check on us so I couldn’t even complain. Ended up paying full price for food we didn’t even eat

The manager on duty today is 10/10! The staff was friendly and even though a computer glitch, they had my pre ordered Thanksgiving feast and pies ready on time! They went above an beyond to calm my panic and assure me they had everything! AI may be the wave of the future but it cant beat the human staff at this location! Thank you for making these out of ownership on Thanksgiving week feel supported and cared for.

Only 2 servers for the whole restraunt during a very busy time.
I really felt for the servers as they could barely keep up. Our server was absolutely amazing even in all the chaos!!
Food was mediocre and wasn’t very hot. As I said this wasn’t on the servers as they are only human and 2 servers during rush hour/ noon time is crazy.

Wonderful place, great atmosphere, really kind staff and food was delicious. Definitely I come back to this place. My hamburger 10/10. They have a small store with their merch and was cool. Important thing, the banana bread was amazing!!!
