Went here for lunch today with my family. Waited a good 5 minutes before our waitress came to the table. She took our drink order then disappeared for another 7 minutes. We saw her wandering to other tables before she finally came back to ours to bring drinks and take our order. We then waited another 20 minutes before our food came out. When it did, my husbands order was missing hash browns. Mine was completely burnt. How it even left the kitchen is beyond me. When the waitress finally came back and my husband asked about his hash browns, her response was “oh, yeah… I don’t know what you wanted so I just clicked none”. She then looked at my sandwich, saw that it was burnt (and I wasn’t eating it) and said she’d bring me new toast. She then disappeared again… reappeared at another table to take their order, then brought one slice of toast back (not two – like I needed). My family was done eating by the time I got the one slice of toast. I made half a sandwich and wanted it, then we left. We were there for almost an hour and I didn’t even get to eat my meal. I will say that the server was very kind, but the service was AWFUL – and they were NOT busy. MAYBE 5 tables with people at them in the entire restaurant. We’ll never eat there again.

First ever visit to this family all-day breakfast place, was not disappointed. Food was fresh, tasty and well prepared. Service was fast and friendly. Prices decent. I had a 3-egg Western omelette came with toast or biscuit and choice of side, $12.50. Hard to beat that. Definitely recommend.

First time in town came for a Soccer game for my grandson took the family to eat at this restaurant. The waitress we have was pretty nice. She was trying to be attentive to us we order of are drinks went brought us our drinks then she took our order. We probably waited 45 minutes for our food to come while the whole time it just sat on the top counter. We noticed that they’re probably for like 15 minutes to finally the waitress brought our food. The restaurant was not even busy. There was probably like three people in the whole place the food when we got it was super cold. A lot of us were not complaining because we were super hungry and we had to get back to my grandson He had another game like 25 min away long story short the food was super cold. The chicken tenders my son had were burnt. He was very hungry. He’s still ate them. The french fries were all cold so I don’t think I will be coming back to this restaurant again .

I can’t tell you about the food because we ended up walking out before we could be served. What I can tell you is what a horrible experience we had from the moment we walked in. First off, the hostess yelled her greeting from behind the counter asking, “How many?” From her tone we felt immediately unwelcome. Then when she showed us to our table I could see that one side of the table was inches from the chair of the adjacent table and one of us wouldn’t be able to sit there. I asked if we could sit at the nearby booth. She glared at us and said, “No.” We didn’t sit down and waited for the server. When the server came I showed her our situation and she “Allowed” us to sit in the booth. She was no ray of sunshine either. In the time we were ther I didn’t notice one staff member smiling. All staff walked around as if they would rather be somewhere else. I then used the restroom. On my way back to our booth a female staff about my size and probably bigger (I’m 6’2) decided to cut a corner and ran right into me face to face. She then started yelling “Did someone see what he did to me?” As if I had chosen to run onto her. Not to be nasty but she didn’t look all there. They should probably not let her around the customers. With her intellect she needs to be in the back washing dishes. Bottom line-I would never set foot in this place again.

Came to Bob Evans for the first time, craving some breakfast for dinner. Staff were really nice and they have a cool little gift shop area. Could’ve went a little easier on the strawberry syrup but that’s a personal preference of mine. Cool spot and calm atmosphere.

Stopped by this afternoon for a late brunch, had a rise and shine menu : included scrambled eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and a side of Biscuits.

Decent price (around 12$) for an even more decent meal !

Service with a smile, ans quick too, that’s half of the good experience IMO. (Let’s keep in mind it was 3PM, so few people there).

I recommend if you’re feeling yourself for a plentiful brunch ‍

Our family would like to extend our extreme thanks for making our Christmas Eve Dinner so amazing. Due to some medical issues we were not able to plan our normal dinner so we ordered the Turkey Feast and were not disappointed. From the moment I went to pickup the order the manager took the time to make sure nothing was missing. The meal was outstanding and made everyone get into the Christmas spirit. Our thanks go to the staff for being so helpful on Christmas Eve. We wish you and your family a healthy and happy new year. Thanks from the Pape family.
