Went in to have breakfast with my family on Friday Morning, the server was very nice and attentive. There was an older couple that was around us and were nice too. The cinnamon roll was good and the pancake my husband had was ok. I had really high hopes for the steak omelette I ordered but was not very good, the steak nuggets were very dry and hard to chew and the egg felt very dry. Therefore I only had half of it and saved the rest for later just to give it another chance, once I got home I heat it up and was going to have the rest but decided to look inside just to see why it was so dry, maybe lack of cheese or veggies but instead I found a hair which I immediately felt disgusted. It’s safe to say I wont be returning to Bob Evans anytime soon. They should really make their cooks wear beard nets so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Brittany was our server. She greeted us and asked for our drink order. She came back with drinks and took our order. She came back promptly with my husband’s biscuits and rolls for me. I thought that I had ordered biscuits but my hubby said I ordered rolls. Brittany graciously took the tools and brought me biscuits. I had a small cranberry/pecan salad and it was amazing! The biscuits were fresh and warm. I was pretty full so I took my 1/2 turkey/bacon sammy home. My husband enjoyed his hot turkey with all of the fixings. I attempted to let the cashier and a male person at the register how much I enjoyed the meal and how awesome Brittany was. They did not acknowledge my comments. Other than that we really enjoyed the food and service.

This was my first time at a Bob Evans and it was awesome. Food was amazing, service was on point, and the price was great. I highly recommend. My only complaint was that I did not see non-pork alternatives to sausage and bacon.

Not all stores are alike. The double blueberry pancakes here are the best. Tried them at the Naples Bob Evans and the sauce they put on was way too sweet and not all the small blueberries they use at this store. Won’t go back there again. Joseph service was awesome today.

I ordered 2 dinners for takeout for $40. Both dinners were packaged in one box, the pot roast had no carrots, the beef tips dinner was 4 small pieces of steak & was missing the side of coleslaw slaw & the onion rings were thrown on top of the pot roast gravy. What idiot puts all that food in one container? Very disappointed with the management of this store. I have ordered here 3 times (close to my home) & everytime there’s been an issue with my order. The store is poorly run. If you want great service go to the Pine Island Store in Cape Coral. Never had a problem there & the store is clean & the employees competent!

We went to Bob Evans for the food and it was great. Inside the restaurant was ok but not great, old, crowded etc. The parking situation was absolutely terrible. I’m sorry but we’ll probably find another Bob Evans next time.

I absolutely loooove Bob Evans! Wherever I travel and I see the sign, I am there. First time at this location and it was great. Friendly staff, our waitress was a sweetie pie…thanks Rebekah…and the food was AMAZING! Build your own egg white omelette with grits and that famous banana bread, grilled!

Our family arrived late in the evening shortly before they were about to close. In fact they were mopping the floor, but they served us as if we were their only customer that day. They served us with a smile the food was great. They were attentive. They checked on us multiple times. You would have never known that the staff was probably tired and ready to go home. We appreciated this above average service.
