This is a great place to eat! We have been traveling to and from Miami on business and my family and I have stopped here to dine twice. Let me tell you- the food feels fresh: (1) fruit appears to be fresh cut and natural (not from a can), (2) not greasy! I dislike hashbrowns in a soup of oil, (3) the steak and fish had a very fresh taste (it did not feel like they had been in storage or frozen for weeks (eww), (4) the portions were so large (look at the picture for my daughter’s pancakes! this is a significant difference now a days when suppliers and other restaurants provide less and less food while keeping their prices the same (or slightly higher). We really appreciate Ms. Latoya’s service! she was sweet and patient with us as we had questions about the food there. She even remembered our beverage preference from our first visit. The cook was professional and provided meals elegantly on the plate. The entire staff was lovely 🙂 will go there again!!!

Food was delicious. Staff was great. Unfortunately the wait is way too much, people walking out because no one at the hostess stand. Three waitresses for the entire establishment, they do a great job with the hand management is dealing to them (hope they get a raise). We won’t be back because the wait ate up most of our day.

One of the things I like about big chain restaurants is consistency. Bob Evans is that for me. The food is always good. It does not change, sort of like having home cooked meals from your mother. Breakfast is always good, lunch is very good too and dinners are the best. We do not eat here that often but when we do it has always been top notch.

We arrived to eat dinner at Bob Evans. We waited 15 minutes to be greeted by employee. Nobody came over to evwn acknowledge that we arrived. I don’t mind waiting for a busy night. The issue began when another party walked in and someone instantly came over and greeted them and proceeded to seat them. We advised the host that we had arrived first and had been waiting to be greeted still. The employee said “oh I didn’t see yall there” and then continued to help the other party that arrived after us. I requested to speak with a manager. The first manger was kind and offered a discount on our meal tonight. While stil waiting to be seated another manager came over and refused to honor the discount that was offered to us stating “I was lying and she found that hard to belive.” We left after that. Horrible service tonight.

Most of the food was pretty good, my Alaskan cod was a little cold, they serve breakfast all day and my wife and granddaughter both had that. Pancakes, French toast, hashbrowns, bacon, etc.. and everything was pretty good. The place was clean and everyone was friendly, the price was good, we will be back.

Food here has taken a drop in quality. Not hot, not fresh. Items in order were missing. Had to ask for them again . Service was with a smile but slow and again, missing things I requested. Disappointing all around as I used to enjoy this chain. Glad there are alternatives just down the street.

Bob Evans was great today. We tried both appetizers and I was very impressed w/ the bacon. Our food was also delicious. I only wish I could get hot coffee over ice instead of cold brew. I prefer the flavor of hot coffee than cold brew, but enjoy my coffee iced. Hot coffee normally has free refills and the cold brew doesn’t.

Today we went to Bob Evans …We had the sweetest waitress Alexis…There was an elderly gentleman there having a hard time getting up..she went over helped him up and pulled his rollator over to him..I just lost my 93 year old mother,,we went to Bob Evans many times… It just made me believe that this younger generation has a heart and reminded me of my 27 year old son the way he helped with his grandmother….I just want to say Thank you Alexis for your kindness!!!
