Stopped by Bob Evans and had the best pot roast sandwich of my life—seriously, it was that good. The only downsides were the bathroom, which stank, and the service, which was a bit slow for how quiet it was, though our server was great when she was helping. My son’s cheeseburger came out more rare than I’d like for a kid’s meal, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Oh, and bring a jacket—it was freezing in there!

Start it off strong by saying the restrooms were kept clean. The front looked really well put together. That being said, be ready for a good wait. Restaurant wasn’t too busy, the had a good stream of people comming in and it didn’t take too long to be seated. Some one came by not too long to take drink orders. It took 25 minutes to get our drinks. By that time the coffee was cold and some of us didn’t get what we ordered. It took near an hour after being seated for our food order to be taken. The server didn’t seem like they were taking care of their section, and the other server was busy assuring us she would check in with her Co worker. She was fed up and re took our drink orders so we could have it on the tab and finally took our food. The bread took a good 20 minutes to come out and it was cold. Food came out and it was okay for the most part, the eggs were tasting a little off that day. All and all we spent about 2 hours in the restaurant. The entire time, it looked like the manager was hiding somewhere. They didn’t even come talk to us despite our asking. It would have been appreciated if they let us know it would have been a wait for whatever reason so we could choose to eaten there at our discretion. Rather, we were led on that they had everything together, they just didn’t want to do their part to make the experience enjoyable, or even that we were satisfied to return. If you don’t know what to do and want to kill some time, then this is the place for you, otherwise I’d find somewhere else to support and eat at. I hope this helps you in your decision, or they can clean up their act so no one else has a similar experience.

We have ordered from them several times lately and the food quality is just awful. One order they ran out of biscuits on our breakfast order, don’t they make those fresh every day? Another order we ordered fried chicken and it was so dry it wasn’t good. The last order we ordered the meal for 2 and got the pot roast and turkey. The pot roast was good but the turkey was definitely not slow roasted turkey! It really was just small pieces of processed turkey like you would find in the Banquet frozen meals from a grocery store! Disgusting! They won’t be getting our business again!

Ordered rise and shine breakfast, no meat, but requested an order of sausage gravy. Sausage gravy wasn’t hot, waitress took it to reheat and I had to ask her for it, as she forgot. Requested a second of coffee. She took my cup and took it to the wrong table. I had to ask another server to find our waitress to get our bill.

When we arrived we were shown to a table and asked what drinks we would like before we were seated and had a chance to look at the menu.
The knife I was given rolled in the napkin had food on it.
As I couldn’t catch the waitresses eye I took it to the person at the front of the restaurant. She gave no apology and just said have a nice day.

Great food! Country fried steak was perfect. Gravy was ok and the eggs were a little overcooked. I will definitely go back and try again. I love the decorations and the service was great. I overheard another table complain their coffee was luke warm and was relieved it wasn’t just me. Server brought us both perfectly hot coffee 2nd time. Menu looks great too! Plenty of options and breakfast all day is perfect for my wife and I!

So we’ve had 4 total visits here in the last few years but 3 visits since October 2025! This place is very poorly run. The manager that was in the restaurant the last 3 times did not manage the staff. Our server was so weeded and apparently, nobody realized it. The meals were made incorrectly, cold and took more than 30 minutes to prepare! Then our appetizer came out after the entrées and then the bread came out. Kind of a backwards meal presentation. There’s too many problems to list and honestly, it sounds like a joke that our server touched our table for the same question and still didn’t remember what he asked about. The server was hustling and trying but just couldn’t figure out a rhythm. He only had 3 tables and 1 of them was almost done before we sat down. Anyways, probably our last visit here, I’m all about 2nd chances or off nights, but not 3 in a row! It sucks because we both like their menu, but it’s not worth the chaos! It was almost humorous and my wife and I joked we must’ve been on a hidden kitchen show!

Ate there last night for the vary first time. The food was great but the cook does need to pay a little more attention to the grill. One side was a little burnt. The staff was really slow on greeting us and we’ll, seem to be not trained properly. Our waitress was great and stayed on top of everything. I will suggest not ordering the new Bacon side dish. It’s NOTHING like the picture as seen in the pictures I have posted. For the most part we would eat at this chain again but just maybe not this one.

My husband’s steak tips were good. My burger had water logged tomatoes on it as well as a bun that was slightly burned with the taste of grill. The American cheese was nasty as well. The highlight was the upcharged onion rings that came with 5 rings Not pleasant at all. The waiter and waitress are VERY nice and on point.
