I visit this location at least once or twice a month. They have a family-friendly atmosphere and prices, and service is always on point. Food always tastes great, and if you’re into cold brews, try the sweet cream cold brew or the new caramel mocha cold brew. (Free refills). Double blueberry pancakes and farmers’ strawberry French toast are a must.

Decide to stop on our way back home. My husband got the chop steak, and I got the turkey dinner. I love my dinner right down to the stuffing.My husband said his was good, but it was a hamburger patty. But he enjoyed it. The price was very good. Low prices with good food. This is for carry out. I wanted a dinner with broccoli and Bob Evans has some really good broccoli. They were accommodating to my special requests of no seasoning on chicken as I had to call and personally ask them (spoke to the manager Kat) since it didn’t give an option to pick no seasoning. Then I called back again and spoke to a friendly host and asked if they could throw in some whip cream for my fruit and he did as I asked. Food was very good actually.

This store is just as bad as the rest of their stores, across the country. You will get better customer service at Fast Food restaurants!

We went there for the first time on Saturday with my husband and my friend. The atmosphere is very cozy, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The portions a huge so we shared some breakfast option with my friend while my husband has chicken tenders. Their fries and onion rings are really good. I really liked it overall and would go there again. I also got a very cute mug from there – I just could not not buy it! Overall very pleased with this place.

Last Sunday ordered dinner through UberEats and the fried chicken was soaked with juices from the vegetables. We called and spoke to manager who said to reorder through Uber and they would correct and we wouldn’t be charged. The second order was corrected but overcooked and we were never reimbursed. After trying unsuccessfully to speak with a manager to correct the issue I was forced to pay for 2 meals that were not up to the standards this restaurant has provided in the past. Very disappointed with the quality of foods and and persons representing this company.

I wish there was a Bob Evans in VB. My omelette was good; could have had more filling (little skimp). The biscuits were soft and fluffy… delicious! The service was really good. I’ll definitely be back on my next visit.

I rarely eat breakfast but when I do I go all out. Great coffee and it’s free refills which is a bonus. Omelet was delicious and I changed it to chicken sausage. Service was great and food came quick.

Despite the chaos of everyone being there for the Thanksgiving carry out the staff handled everything calmly and with grace. Kudos to Mr. Paquette who constantly defended his staff from rude customers. Even through all the chaos he still managed to crack some jokes! I waited for over an hour for my food that day, understandably so, so I saw a lot and truly a great group of people worked that day!

It was my first time to a Bob Evans and I got to say I’ll be back. The staff was very friendly and attentive and had an answer to all my questions. My food came out fresh, hot, and correct. Just like I like it. My server Shaelyn was awesome and kept a smile the entirety of my visit. They made a good impression on me so I’ll definitely be back for breakfast too try out some of their dishes.
