I ordered dinner to go. Time they gave was 1817. My order was finally finished at 1850. I got home and the only thing that was warm were my biscuits. Potatoes are dried out, eggs and sausage are all dried out. Very disappointing.

I been coming here for over 5 years service always been expectional. But today I got sat at the left was a new girl area. We at for over 13 minutes came a few times to the table near us. Still haven’t acknowledge us. A guy sat near us and the waitress looks at us than at the guy and decided to take him first. I think that was unprofessional and I hate to play the race card but that’s how it made feel so I got up left. Currently looking for a new breakfast spot

I specifically ask for over easy eggs (as i do everywhere that I order breakfast ..including there in the past) also stating I wanted yellow runny, white done. Waitress said that would be over medium and I said what ever, just want runny yellow, white done,, at least not clear. The eggs came to my table with LOT of clear whites. I called Waitress over, told her the white was raw & she brought me new eggs that were over cooked with very crunchy whites but I told her I was hungry and I would eat them. She then brought over more eggs that were pretty much perfect & she said I should have ordered over easy..but that’s what I ordered in the first place? Then there was a customer screaming foul language at the top of his lungs at someone..not sure who but then someone was screaming back at him to get out. Was about to crawl under the table but it finally quieted down. Paid the bill..went outside & saw two police cars out front. I asked if they were there for the disturbance & they said yes that the establishment called them & all was taken care of. So with that said, over all it was not a very pleasant experience. I know the disturbance was not the establishments fault but still.

I can’t speak for all locations but this Bob Evans location is absolutely fabulous! The restaurant is clean and the food is delicious and well priced. Kids eat free on Tuesdays. I love the Banana Berry Farmer for breakfast and the Pot Roast sandwich for lunch/dinner. Delicious!

Took my husband here for his very first time! He loved it! I had pot roast and he had the pot roast sandwich one day…both were very good!! Went on a second day, and he had an omelette, and really enjoyed it as well! The sweet tea is very good! We also tried the bacon that you get as an appetizer, and it was super delicious! Service was very friendly, and very fast! Restaurant is very clean. We definitely recommend this location!

Great experience!! We got here early so we didn’t have to wait to be seated. We had great service from the start, the food was prepared in a timely matter and everything looked and tasted amazing!! If you are in the area and are looking for a great breakfast place, make a stop here, and also get some of their banana bread!! It is downright delicious!!!!

Bad customer service, a girl took my order and she couldn’t do it unless she wrote everything down. I ordered two meatloaf dinners with one side. Then when I got there to pick it up she told me they didn’t have my order because they didn’t have any meat loaf. So I asked her why she didn’t tell me that on the phone and she didn’t know. So I tried to order something else and she couldn’t do that so she asked someone that was supposed to be a night manager and he couldn’t run the register to take my order. At that point I had given up. I was just to frustrated ant tired after working all day so I left. I was sad because that Bob Evans was one of my favorite places to eat. Now I don’t want to go there. They should hire mature responsible people that can learn their jobs, especially if they are serving the public.

This restaurant was not known to me but my companion recommended it so we went in for brunch. Nice environment, clean and moderately busy. First impression: individual serving sizes can be shared, second impression seemed like a great variety of meals served and everyone seemed to be enjoying their selections. Although it was somewhat busy, the servers didn’t appear rushed. It really is a family friendly restaurant with great seating. The food was really good and had to get a to-go box. The menu provides great selections to choose from.
