Don’t go to this restaurant after 5 pm pike street. I order a biscuit and gravy on the phone for a take out. First they lost my order. Then after I ordered it took them 40 minutes to get my order. I will never be in this restaurant again after 5 pm. You need new managers. I never a worse managed place. You need some of the morning crew on nights.

These casual dining places need to really up their game for the prices that they’re charging. Place has great breakfast but anything else outside of that is just nasty. I could have went to a steakhouse and got a decent steak for what they charged me for the pot roast. It was super salty and just gross.

Went to Bob Evans in the traffic circle on February the 28th 2025. Ordered the legendary turkey sandwich with onion rings. I got very little turkey on the sandwich with absolutely no mayonnaise and the onion rings were burnt. (See pictures) The GM (Michelle) stopped at my table and saw my plate of food and asked me if I wanted all new. She said she would cook it herself. When she brought it back the sandwich had everything on it including onions and bacon, mayonnaise and pickles. The onion rings were a golden brown and very delicious. Thank you Michelle. Also The waitress was very good.

Waited 7 minutes before a waitress came to our table – she then took our drink order – brought drinks and took food order / we then sat for 50 minutes on pancakes scrambled eggs and bacon – she had 2 tables herself – there were a total of 6 tables in entire restaurant- look to be 4 waitresses – to go girl and 3 managers there not sure how many cooks – as we sit and patiently wait – waitresses standing talking one coughs in her hand does NOT clean her hand and few minutes walked to her table without washing the hand she coughed in – a wet cloth laying on back counter – I worked for 14 years in the restaurant business and this was an experience and they should be happy I’m not with the health dept . We finally decided to leave – did not ever get our food – offered to pay for my drink they said not to worry about it and we left – no apology just wanted to know why we were leaving . Very disappointing to say the least .

Stood at the host stand for 4 minutes before someone bothered to come seat us. Then sat at our table for 18 minutes and nobody came to even take our drink order.. 3 waitresses and not even close to being busy. We just left so that I didn’t get an attitude with anyone. The one waitress who appeared to be doing all the work did say she was sorry as we were leaving so I guess that was nice.

This is my first bad review I’ve ever given . because I believe if you have nothing nice to say then don’t say nothing at all but I felt that I needed to voice my opinion. I Ordered the pot roast dinner as I have several times. This time I was disappointed I’ve never seen such small portions. There was four small pieces of pot roast each piece was just slightly bigger than a quarter no onions or anything just the meat and brown gravy and the mashed potatoes was ridiculously small about half the size as usual. The carrots were a normal portion. The pot roast in mashed potatoes together was smaller than my side of carrots me and my son spent $38 and left hungry
