We arrived at 11 and were told a 15min wait. Our wait was 30min and then we were sat at a dirty table. Even after being wiped down the table and caddy on the table were disgusting. After 10min the host got our drink order then a few moments later the manager took our order. We never had a server. Our food took 40min for our party of 5 (two which were children) none of the food was hot. I had mine microwaved just to avoid a long wait on remaking. Banana bread was cold and mushy. We had to ask for the check. A party left as we were being sat and the table sat dirty for the entirety of our visit. The place is dirty and hot, one of the servers who we asked for napkins from was rude. We are from out of town and have come 2-3 times in the past and enjoyed it then. Over all it was poor service and awful food in a dirty and hot environment

Stoped at this bob evans today for a quick bite to eat and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and immediately sat to a table and asked what I’d like to drink about 5 min later put my order in and in no time had my food! Which was delicious! The tall cook with the red hat really made my food amazing! And this is the 3rd time coming in while he has been there he is definitely one of the outstanding cooks there!! Erica the server was so attentive and made me feel at home Definitely will be coming back!

Tonight my daughter and I were made to feel just at home there even tho we were several hundred mile away from it in all reality and it was all due to the fantastic service we received there from Kam or Kameron the waiter there (which ever he goes by) he was such a delight to get to know and had several tables besides us at that time but didn’t miss a beat and couldn’t have been more accommodating to us and our needs. The food took the expected time you’d imagine and was cooked to perfection so great job to the kitchen staff as well . However as a restaurant owner of over 35 years myself GIVE KAM A RAISE AND PROMOTION because he certainly deserves both . Thank you to everyone there again !

Went to Bob Evans at 3:00 pm for a late lunch with my son. There were three tables and 2 wait staff working along with the cook. The waitress never gave us silverware, the Cheese burgers we ordered the cheese was cold and not melted. Very disappointed in the cold burger with cold cheese. The fries must have been reheated as they were hard and burnt except they were cold upon arrival. Not interest in going again for a long time. Sad!!!

I stopped by for dinner after work here and ordered the Turkey dinner. My food arrived and let’s just say I didn’t finish it. My server never checked on me one time. The Turkey was full of grisly fat, hard cold rolls that came with frozen butter. I had to ask for the cranberry relish and it was almost frozen. My server and another girl who was working were just standing by the counter laughing and talking. I finished my Pepsi and wanted a refill, but didn’t want to interrupt their laughing, so I decided that it was time to go. I asked for the manager and my server literally stopped him and said that I had just sat down because he knew why I was upset. The manager discounted my meal and gave me the survey to do when I asked for corporates phone number. I told him I used to be a server and this is not service. He proceeded to tell me that he’s trying to make it better there, but he’s a new manager. I’ll never go back. All I wanted was to have a good meal after work.

Upon walking in it’s like a usual Bob Evans take a breath and the smell of the dirty carpet will enter. Tables looked clean but seats were very worn out. We entered at 7:50am ordered Coffee and water, came quick (we were the only customers) ordered omelet and skillet meals. About 8:24am we received our biscuits. Inquired about our meal she responded right now… We got it about 3 minutes later. It seems all BE are the same… Slow meal service… Too bad because their menu is great! Bob Evans… Please up your standards on your locations…

This visit was only for coffee. We met friends here to visit before attending a local event. The server was quick and efficient from his initial greeting and through multiple visits and refills. The server informed us that the restaurant was currently out of ice and a couple food products. This did not impact our visit but we felt sorry for him having to deliver that information to other guests. Bob Evans has always been a well run restaurant, but so many things have declined over the years. General upkeep of the outside property, cleanliness of restaurant, cleanliness of restrooms, food quality, customer interaction, and the presence of a manager – never see them – what are they doing? It’s a shame to see such a tight-run operation decline to the same mediocre standards of so many other chain establishments.

I walked in to place an order for carry out at Bob Evans and was greeted with smiling face upon entering. My order only took 20 minutes for a family of four. Order was accurate. Would highly recommend.
