I went here to eat with my son this morning, the waitress was very kind and then when the food came she accidentally dropped my food and everything went all over us. My son’s food was fine and I told him he could eat. The waitress did apologize multiple times and even the guy sitting by us tried to help he was very kind also. I didn’t mind it at all because I have been there myself before (I have been a waitress and I have done management also) and things happen. I told the waitress she was fine and it happens and it’s no problem I gave the waitress a tip also when me and my son left the restaurant. The waitress did get me more food and a small discount was added which I thanked her ford The only thing is I seen the main manager came out and I thought she was going to talk to us because of what happened well when she seen me and made eye contact and seen my son she quickly went over to another table and greeted them and talked politely to them but completely ignored me and my son and basically racially profiled us. She never spoke to us and how a look when we made eye contact also which made me uncomfortable. I am Asian and my son is Asian/black.
Needless to say everyone else seems to be very polite and nice about the whole situation but the main manager. I just wanted to let people know what happened and this shouldn’t happen to anyone no matter the race or color. I will not be back to this restaurant if I am going to get treated that way. I feel bad for the waitress and staff if that’s how their manager is. I really hope it gets better for them in the future.

Bob Evan’s is one of our regular traveling stops. This location was very clean and was staffed with a friendly crew. We ordered breakfast and between the two of us we had of eggs, bacon, sausage patties and pancakes which we enjoyed. Overall the atmosphere was very pleasant, coffee was kept hot. We will add this as a planned stop on our next trip.

I ordered a 3 meat bowl and the only thing that was edible was the eggs. The onions are just charred slivers. There’s so much char in everything it just tastes burnt. It’s quite disgusting. I’ll be calling for a refund.

Let me begin by saying that my waitress was kind and worked hard.
As I waited at the front station for well over five minutes, I finally overheard someone tell another customer that they were super busy. Then someone greeted me but not before several people walked to and from the kitchen looking at me in line without saying “someone will be with you soon” etc.
The waitress made suggestions for my breakfast, which was helpful.
My meal arrived and I first noticed the eggs seemed more like An Egg instead of two eggs. When I asked, “Is this one or two eggs?” I was assured it was two. Small eggs??? (See picture)
My pancakes underneath were in pieces but the one good one on top covered those others. (See picture)
The sausage looked great but when I cut into one I realized that one side was cooked well and the side on the bottom was Well Done. (See picture) Again, the practice of hiding the bad on the bottom.
When I went to check out the attendant offered a carry home tea, which was a nice offer.

Normally, everything is good here, albeit slow.
Restaurant did not seem busy at all. I’d placed my order online hoping to avoid chaos. Imagine my surprise to a seemingly slow restaurant, no greeting, and my food sitting there. I’ll think twice next time.

The food was good. The order was a little later than the pick up time. The only real issue was the dessert was different than what we were told. They told us it was a cake, but it was brownies. The brownies were good!

Everything we ordered was very delicious. I had the strawberry whole breakfast. Kenny had the honey chicken and my daughter and her boyfriend had the whole hog. It was so good. Coffee was fresh and our waitress was the best too. Brought us refills and everything without asking. Was super nice too!

Saw the video of the sausage that someone bit off from and told the waitress it didn’t look fully cooked, brought her plate back and realized that it was the same one she bit off of. This is a health code violation. Cross contamination and food borne illnesses comes from. Shame on you and your staff!
Bob Evans this is why you don’t have hardly any customers in your restaurant. I was treated horribly by your staff at the 3rd Avenue location and the food was awful, staff didn’t check on me, waiter was trying to argue with me with the manager saying that I had just sat down, but I had finished my drink and couldn’t finish my food because of the nastiness and rolls hard as a brick, butter frozen, cranberry sauce frozen, Turkey full of grisly fat. If this is how you prepare food inside your restaurants, I’d hate to see what goes on at the Farm. I’ll never buy anything Bob Evans related again
