We love going to Bob Evans but will mark this one off our list. Food was good but gravy was different from teaysvalley. Bacon was so burnt we didn’t touch it And the waitress was more worried about talking to co workers than service I was drinking coffee with milk she refilled it once never brought back milk. Requested napkins never saw them. We asked for Togo container and it was placed with a bag on my food. People complain about not making tips but this is why.
The trash was over full at 9 am. The doors were beyond gross. The dividers between the booth had dried up milk smeared on them and a lot of dust. .Big difference between this location and others we visited. Someone needs to clean we visited the store 2/20!

Went on Thanksgiving day. Despite staffing issues. Our server handled big tables as well as our 2 top politely and food came out hot, fresh and d e l i c i o u s .

I ordered home fries with breakfast but served hash browns – didn’t want to complain or waste food. However the hash browns were NOT brown or cooked ! And the biscuits were not fresh, obviously yesterday’s leftoevers. I will never eat there again.

Went in for dinner with a party of two, was greeted and seated. Once seated staff ignored our table while they had three servers available with only one other group of three in the restaurant. After 25 minutes another group was seated and served while ignoring our table right across from them. I’m extremely upset with the service at this location.

I can see why this place is never busy . At 12 something my mom had french toast which was like a kid made , she didn’t eat maybe 5 bites ,nasty. My chicken noodle, tators was nasty also. I don’t know what has happened to the food, service, atmosphere…very sad. They used to be awesome. Not to mention our waitress never checked on us not one time, but yet noticed we was not eating our food, but didn’t even ask!!! I mean Wow ..this was our last time going. 30 some dollars for 2 people and we left 90%

Very nice atmosphere. They were a few minutes late to open though. The menu has definitely shrunk a bit in size to the last time I was there, I a little over a year ago. A couple of my favorite were missing. I tried the Homestead Farms breakfast. It was pretty good, but I do hope they bring back some of the old menu!

You guys are failing us. Now can’t have endless rolls unless you pay for them by the pair. Seriously? That leaves a bad taste in my mouth right up front. Kind like McDonald’s asking for 50¢ for extra sauce. You guys have always been better than nickel and diming your customers to death. Secondly the new boneless chicken is terrible. Bring back the old chicken please otherwise I have no reason left to visit.

This Bob Evans at the Huntington Mall area was excellent. We were introduced to out waitress from the manager. The food wS delicious and our waitress was so sweet and checked on us many times to make sure we were happy with our meals and if we needed any refills!
