Reasonably priced food done well, I had a burger and fries, wasn’t a big burger but it wasn’t a big price. I also had a peach tea that was yummy. I think maybe my waitress was new at her job because things were forgotten and missed. My wife got the wrong order but she just ate it instead of waiting for a fix.

My server Kourtni W, per the receipt, was inattentive my entire dining experience. I ordered one thing and she brought another, and then blamed it on the chef or a manager. I called back later in the day and asked to speak to her manager, but I was put on in erminable hold, listening to some inane answering machine tell me about sausage and eggs and combinations therein. Something about ranches or ranch dressing. Who knows? I had to tune it out. It was disrupting my proper enjoyment of a Tuesday afternoon

We got the pot roast feast for 8. Picked it up Wednesday evening. The sweet funny manager handled our order. He was kind & really seems to enjoy people & his crew. Got everything home & heated in turkey day. Everything was sooo good,there was hardly anything left the next day.

This place was very neat, very clean, and very well maintained, building and grounds.
The girl who escorted me to my table was almost lifeless while my waitress was very nice and pleasant.
The coffee and the food were fresh, and I will gladly try another Bob Evans if I were to have the opportunity again.

Called in an Order prior to Thanksgiving Day. Was told it would be ready around 2:40 PM. Showed up closer to 4 PM after shopping for a few hours before the pick up. When they asked my name and I provided it they had around 20 tickets on the counter top to look through. They told me they were backed up because someone had put in an order for 75 meals. I watched two additional families come in and get their order and leave with a minimal wait and I was still waiting over 40 minutes. They then asked my name again and I gave it to them. After a few minutes they checked in with me under the wrong name, which I gave them my name again. They then asked my name a 3rd time after a few more minutes and addressed me with the wrong name a second time.
I went ahead and canceled the order because at this point I had been waiting over an hour for 2 dinners I had called in earlier in the day. They said they would have to call corporate to cancel the order because they couldn’t do it at the time.
After I had canceled my order the Manager I was speaking with let me know that my order had actually been ready at 2:40 PM and had been sitting there and that there was a large mix-up with my name.
Unfortunately, since I had started the cancelation process, I just decided to leave without the order, because I was extremely frustrated with the service and that at the very least, they could not get my name correct or plainly ask and take my name so they could verify that my food was ready, when I told them I had called earlier.

Thanksgiving dinner ️ ham was wafer thin and tasted like leather. Turkey and stuffing was good, banana bread was good. Server had to be reminded numerous times on what we were missing but he was very polite. Veterans discount helped. Bill came to $42!! A bit pricey but better than doing dishes at home…
