The food was great! The poor waitress was running all the tables while the manager was just walking around. Our waitress was good and did her best but that’s not fair not to help her. The window sills are also covered in dust which takes away the appeal of earing from there.

Coffee, eggs, biscuits and gravy, home fries, pancakes, ham and bacon were good! Hashbrowns were under-done. Can definitely tell that people don’t want to go back to work. The cooks kept busy, but they could’ve used more wait staff. Lots of tables that needed to be cleared and carpet needed swept everywhere. Just wasn’t up to the Bob Evans level you typically see and expect.

When we first sat down and found out there was only one waitress, we asked would it be very long and she said no because there were 2 cooks. After waiting 40 minutes for our food, we found out they hadn’t even started cooking it yet! Another case of one waitress left to do it all, however, she didn’t seem too good at waitressing. She was very nice, but everyone she waited on was getting the wrong food. We left after 40 minutes of waiting. This restaurant is poorly managed and is hurting the Bob Evans restaurant name! To answer the question of “What did you get?” on this rating – well, NOTHING!

The waitress Cindy was from Suffolk Virginia and she was very nice and ensure that our coffee cup stayed filled and we had plenty to eat. The young lady that check us out was very friendly and wish us a safe trip.. Great stop for lunch

Loved this place! We had a party of 10 with 2 toddlers and the staff were very accommodating! We went around 5pm, it was the perfect time, not crowded. Food was delicious!

Below you can see what the cooks consider a side order of hash browns. The fluffy look is due to prongs used to hoast all thise scrapes of potatoes into its housing. Is it worth the money? Nope!! Whoever runs, owns or CEO’S this once stellar business sucks.
