We usually love this place when we go but this time had issues. Our food was great but the service was mediocre. I won’t knit pick but what took the cake was at the end of our meal by boyfriend and I went to use the restroom (bill hadn’t yet been paid and our belongings were still in the booth) while we were gone the waitress placed other tables drinks on our table, my boyfriend accidentally sipped another persons drink thinking it was his because…it was on our table. And they were both tea, he only noticed because his didn’t have lemon and theirs did. Absolutely disgusted and a health hazard imo.

It’s a shame how bad this restaurant has went down hill!! Food was cold..they did offer to warm it up…hummmm no that’s not the answer. They did take some off the bill. Zero Stars It’s really unfair that they only let you put one star this place deserves zero Stars. Shelly their greeter is absolutely full of attitude doesn’t answer questions correctly. Then she actually tried to give me attitude because I told her answer questions correctly. Then David the manager there is absolutely rude as well all we wanted to do was go ahead and do a takeout order no one even came to the counter for a solid 4 minutes. We were just standing there not one person greeted us and said hold on one moment we’re busy anything. The restaurant was not busy I can see why this place is never busy when I go by will be calling corporate will be calling the GM absolutely unacceptable service food was mediocre.

I talked to very nice and helpful man from corporate who sent me a girl card. I once again gave them a 3rd chance how utterly dissatisfied. Shelby again absolutely the rudest take out person I have ever ever encountered. We ordered the steak& Shrimp, once she realized it was me she disappeared in the back that’s odd. Well she decided to have the cooks literally short me ounces on my steak, the steak was also not mid well at all, they gave us the worst cut of steaks, the shrimp was small and over cooked, I also got little to no gravy on my mashed potatoes, my cookie was squished into a tiny container obviously not meant for it. Wow this place is absolutely terrible. People again waiting at the front for several minutes 8 I have video. So disappointed there are no words! Here come the pictures. Do not eat here they are terrible…..

A wonderful eatery. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We were promptly seated and waited upon. A great selection of foods, all reasonably priced. Our meals were delicious. We plan to stop back again soon!

We were pretty disappointed with our food. Not at all what they advertise in their menu. The cinnamon sugar bite was burnt. The steak bites are supposed to be sautéed in onion and mushrooms there was 1 tiny piece of onion and maybe 3 mushrooms. Portions are very small for the amount of money as well.

Seems like pricing has gone up and portions are smaller. My son had the Great Alaskan Cod, this was really crispy and delicious. The smaller portion of turkey, at $7.98, was abundant with mash and stuffing. However, there was only a couple of slices of turkey. Although we did not leave the restaurant hungry, however, it was not satisfying.
