I just ordered biscuits and gravy and my biscuits was so hard my waitress would not even touch them and then after all my food was gone they said we can get you some more biscuits two more hard biscuits to rub together cuz all the rest of my stuff’s gone wow some days you’re better off to drive on by I really hate saying this because I eat there a lot and there is really great people there just would never bring anybody hard biscuits like that if they even look dark I would take a fork or something and press on them to see if they was hard as a rock like they looked but all is well.

Called to place a pick up order – when I asked for the pot roast sandwich I was told they don’t sell that I was thinking of Tudor biscuit world down the world I then explained it’s on the menu and I’ve ordered it many times. She put me on hold has someone get on the line and tell again they don’t sell that and argued with me even though ITS ON THE MENU AND I WAS ABLE TO ORDER IT ONLINE FOR PICKUP. That was so dumb it hurts !!

my wife and I came in and ordered food..she SPECIFICALLY said no onions of any kind on her food or in her food: food comes and what do you know…ONIONS..
ON TOP AND IN her food ..told the waitress and she took her plate, went around the corner and picked the onions off the top. brought it back to the table. wife begins to pick thru her food and there were onions mixed in the dish!
ive worked in kitchens all my life and ive never done this to anyone…what if my wife had a food allergy!? the waitress took the plate back and returned to tell us that the onions come as a premix of veggies. thats fine, but why didnt u suggest something else when my wife asked for no onions? just very unprofessional…i sat and ate my food while we waited on her food…wasnt charged for the first plate but didnt receive a discount or anything for her mess up since we had to basically eat separately…not a good visit at all!

This is a hard review, I wanted to review it a 3 star, however the few workers they do have, really do bust there butt and try to provide the best service they can. If it was not for the short staff no long wait times. I would of easily given them a 4 star and debated on a 5star. The food has always been hot, and if there was a mistake they would fix it right away.
So if you are not in a big hurry, have the time to wait to be seated and served it’s one of the best options in town to eat, other then that you have to drive out of town.

We decided to go around 5 pm for dinner. Plenty of parking at this time. Didn’t look too busy so figured there wouldn’t be much of a wait. Got seated in a booth. Had our order taken at a decent time. But then we waited over an hour for our food. Everyone else, who came in 20 minutes after us, got their orders first. Got cinna bites to share, they came out on a skillet, which is supposed to be hot to keep the food hot, but the pan was at best room temperature and the cinna bites were luke warm. Finally our food comes out, first thing off the bat I notice is they put all the gravy everywhere on my order that I requested to have the gravy on the side. Food was cold as well. The mac and cheese was under cooked and tasted like I was eating a stick of butter. Midway through eating the cold meal there was a long dark hair. Don’t recommend going there. Have had better meals from fast food for the same price.

Our waitress had track marks on her arms. She kept apologizing throughout the section to every table for her incompetence. We never received our salads until after our meals came. We were missing sides with our meals, and some food was cold. Then we found ourselves sitting in front of food, and we had no silverware. The food was delivered by different staff. When our waitress came to check on us I asked for a manager. I was informed that the manager left them on their own to pan rolls. I never saw a manager. As a second attempt to get a manager to the table I asked for my cold soggy pot roast sandwich to be taken off the bill. I still never got to speak with a manager. The waitress did apologize again, and said that she explained the situation to her manager and she took my meal off. I would have liked to speak with the manager myself, but apparently she had rolls to pan.
