We had breakfast for lunch. They were pretty busy and the food wasn’t as good as usual. I was honest about it with the manager when she asked. She made it right and I greatly appreciated it! We will definitely be back. Staff was very nice.

I havent had bob Evans since I was a little kid in Illinois. While on a trip to WV, we stopped here for food. Amazing service. Delicious hot apple cider and the best sausage and gravy biscuits I’ve had that weren’t homemade. Very happy and would visit again!

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 – ordered the Dinner for 2 with two soups, two entrees, and a shared dessert. We ordered a cup of Cheddar Baked Potato Soup, cup of Chicken-N-Noodle Soup, a Mushroom & Onion Chopped Steak, a Country-Fried Steak, and a Holy Cow Chocolate Cake. Sad part was they didn’t pack our soup 🙁 Both of the entrees were great even though both also leaned on the saltier end. The steaks were moist and well cooked. The sides of mashed potatoes were great and extremely creamy with extra country gravy on top. The mac and cheese was mediocre and the corn was very oily. The cake was good but the chocolate drizzle and whipped cream was a bit too sweet for our liking. Definitely need some milk to go with that chocolaty goodness!

Service: n/a – ordered online for food to go so not much interaction with any workers

Ambiance: n/a – ordered food to go

Value for price: 5/5 – at $23 for the meal, it was definitely worth it for the amount of food we got even if we were missing the soup! Would definitely do again even though are limited items we can choose from.

I placed a to-go order so I was not in the restaurant long enough to rate the atmosphere. My food was the 1/2 turkey sandwich and 1/2 wildfire chicken salad, as well as dinner rolls. The overall experience was okay. It seemed like it took quite a while for the food to be done (30 minute time between order and pickup?) and I was rather hungry. I showed up a few minutes early and my order was sitting on the back counter. It took a minute for an employee to notice me standing there but I eventually did get my order. The salad itself was a bit lackluster with the ingredients just being thrown on top of each other, as shown in the picture. The sandwich was, similarly, not exactly visually pleasing. But my meal was under $10 for one person and I got quite full. I had been craving the turkey sandwich forever but I felt like it wasn’t as good as the last time I’d ordered one, at another location. Overall a basic Bob Evans meal, not something to write home about.

We had the two eggs, bacon, standard breakfast with hashbrowns. We asked for the bacon to be crispy but it was undercooked. They took the bacon back and cooked it some more and it was OK. The hashbrowns were a weird color and greasy. But overall, it was an OK breakfast. Not good not bad. The restaurant seemed a little old and could use some renovation. The service was very good. We had no wait and the food came out quickly.

Very slow. Three pieces of bacon-one obviously burned an two undercooked. Hash browns barely warm. My eggs were perfectly over medium. Husbands scrambled looked like they came out of a carton and not freshly scrambled.

We stopped on our way back to Columbus Georgia from Pennsylvania for lunch. First time eating at a Bob Evans. Everyone was very pleased. It was $40 and some change for 3 people, no appetizers, no extras. Food tasted delicious and the young man who waited on us knew what he was doing.

Food was good, but not hot. The place was so cold, I’m sure it cooled off the food really fast. Server was great. Prices were reasonable. Be sure to wear a sweater and socks to eat there.

We have eaten here in the past, but today was especially memorable. While attempting to start an already rough vacation with wife and hyper children, our waiter (Khamrin) made everything worth it. The Country fried steak and eggs was delicious on its own rights, but the table side service was incredible. He was constantly checking on us, refilled our teas, and the best part was preventing a child meltdown by being super friendly to our two year old. I’d come back here to eat not just for the food, but for his service.

I gave a 4 star on atmosphere because we don’t listen to music with cussing and some was playing in the background.

This experience was about lowered expectations. They cover the basics okay but when it comes to the details they miss…by a long shot. Half hearted fit and finishes, grungy seating and tables etc. detracts from a good experience. The wait staff was adequate but seemed poorly trained. Bob’s will do in pinch but next time I’ll drive on and find something better.
