I want to let you know how frustrated and disappointed we are with the Thanksgiving meal we ordered for 8 people. We ordered the same meal last year and it was great, so we trusted you again. This year was a complete waste of money.
Most of the food was basically inedible.
The mashed potatoes were way too salty.
The gravy was too salty.
The ham was too salty.
The buns were disgusting.
The turkey was just “okay,” definitely not worth the price.
The pies were so sweet they were almost impossible to eat.
The ONLY things that tasted good were the mac and cheese and the pumpkin bread.
On top of that, your instructions claimed everything would be heated and ready in about 2 hours. That was completely false. Our entire order arrived frozen solid, rock-hard. It did NOT take 2 hours — it took much longer — and your instructions were useless. If we wanted frozen food, we could have gone to a grocery store and paid a fraction of the price.
We ordered early because we’re traveling and wanted to celebrate Thanksgiving ahead of time. Instead of a nice meal, we got a huge disappointment. I honestly don’t understand why we paid so much for food that was clearly frozen instead of freshly prepared.
You lost us as customers, and I’m sure others will feel the same after an experience like this. Bob Evans can do better than this, but this year’s meal was unacceptable.

The entire order was ok but my omelette was nasty as hell for some reason: as soon as I took the first bite, I almost puked. I’ve gone to a fair amount of breakfast places but this is the first time omelette looked appealing but tasted very bad. Other two dishes were great, in fact I’ll just get BLT sandwich next time

This place almost completely ruined my love for breakfast. I ordered the steak & eggs medium-rare and got a well done steak instead. It was tough, chewy and under-seasoned. The eggs were decently cooked, however the breakfast potatoes were completely burnt black on the bottom. They tasted like what I imagine charcoal would taste like. I mentioned the issues with my meal to my server and she proceeded to get the manager who kindly asked me to order something else in loo of my steak and so I ordered the skillet. I was super excited to eat it until I stirred it up to find little charcoal potatoes in this dish as well. At that point I told my waitress and the manager took the meal off our tab. When we went to the front to pay for my husbands portion of the meal they had covered the entire tab. While I appreciated the kind gesture, I would have appreciated edible and un-burnt food even more. Wouldn’t reccomend if you like edible food.

This is a very good restaurant.. I had the three meat and cheese omelet quiche was delicious! Three egg omelet was fluffy and stuffed with Bob Evans sausage, bacon, and ham, and cheddar cheese.
Service was friendly. The store was very clean. The only downsides… no senior điscounts and access to the entrance requires you to walk to the far corners of the building to get to one of two ramps. To the front…a little awkward IMHO.

We’ve always gone to the one thats in Columbia / Elkridge but it isn’t as good as it use to be & last year ( 2024 ) & the previous year ( 2023 ) they managed to screw up the Thanksgiving feast that we ordered & the guy behind the counter which turned out to be the manager didn’t have a clue what he was doing. That was very obvious. I tried this location because it was the next closest. I ordered it about a week in advance, showed up about 40 minutes early because I made a pit stop that was quicker than I expected & unfortunately my order wasn’t ready. I offered to pay while I waited thinking that it wouldn’t be long & would help to kill time but then I had to wait an extra twenty minutes. There were a lot of people eating in & a lot of people picking up … including those Uber people picking up orders to deliver & I can’t help but wonder if maybe my order was given to one of them by mistake or because theirs wasn’t ready. It was a wee bit of a pain because I had placed my order days in advance, was only getting four individual meals & still had to wait twenty minutes past the order time I was given. It was still a much better location & unless something happens, that will be my new permanent Bob Evens location!

It wasn’t that busy, but I believe they were short on kitchen help. I waited 45 minutes for hashbrown and bacon. I approached the manager Danielle, she had blond hair. Her attitude was absolutely terrible and never apologized for the wait. My server was decent and tipped her extra because the delay was not her fault.
The manager of this establishment need more training on how to deal or interact with customers.

I’ve been having issues finding good breakfast takeout.
I tried Bob Evans in Catonsville to see if it would be better since they are known to have good breakfast options.
Well, I was wrong. My first order arrived with plastic of honey and butter containers on top of my meal, inside with the food, which then melted and everything had butter and honey all over it. The second order had the butter in the bag and not with the food. But the sausage was burnt and the hash browns were half burnt and half uncooked. And the biscuits were not fresh at all. They were cold and dry as if they have been sitting out.
I was very disappointed.

I usually like Bob Evan’s, but this particular experience was not positive. The problem was the smell of the restaurant. It did smell strongly like it needs deep cleaning, and it unfortunately overpowered food. Food, on the other hand, was pretty ok. The best were the pancakes with caramel and Bananas. I will still go to Bob Evan’s, but probably no this one.
