Excellent tasting food. Chicken strips were excellent, not dried out like some places. Fries thin and good. Banana bread is the best. All food served nice and hot.

They were short staffed so the wait was about 20 min or so. We were seated took about another 5 min for our drink order. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food came out in a reasonable time. My hash browns were old and hard and room temp. My biscuit sandwiches were not that great . The biscuits were at least fresh, the sausage gravy however there was a green somthing I think a pepper. But after I saw it I kept having gross thoughts of how it got in there. Hopefully that was just my mind playing tricks on me. The coffee was way to dark/ strong for my taste. (Keep this in mind if you take it black.) the restaurant has a small souvenir items to browse. And some bakery goodies. It’s a clean restaurant but the bathroom definitely needs some tending too. It was breakfast time and it was dirty and almost no tp. Definitely needs a good scrubbing.
There’s plenty of parking with handicapped spots in front.
This is a family restaurant so they have a kids menu and they also have a Tuesday night kids eat free night.
I’ll visit in the future for a second chance in hopes for a better review.

The food at Bob Evans is always solid (we’ve ordered the Thanksgiving Feast before and it’s genuinely good), which is why we pre-ordered the $140 family bundle yesterday for pickup today.
Less than an hour before our scheduled time we got a single text that the entire order was cancelled. We had no reason, no apology, no heads-up. Called the restaurant and finally got manager Jerri on the line. She was polite, said she’d look up the order number and get back to us… then nothing. It’s now been over 30 minutes of dead silence while we’re still sitting here on Thanksgiving with no dinner and two little kids asking what’s going on.
We’re not mad at the kitchen or the food quality; this is purely about the pre-order system completely failing on the one day nobody can afford it to fail. Followed by being left on hold/abandoned after the manager said she’d help.
Really hope corporate and the store figure out a better process (and maybe a callback) before other families get stuck the same way.

I enjoy the food here and for the most part, the service is usually good. They have good soup and the rolls are also very good, you get a choice of bread if you get a dinner. The quality of the food is consistent and portion sizes are generally good, I often take food home. I drink hot tea and I like that they bring a little tea basket with a variety of tea bags. There is a lot of good comfort food but healthy options are also available.
Update: the food continues to be very good and the service is good, they do get busy so be patient. The menu has been updated and has some nice choices . Very good

We were here on Thanksgiving and the wait staff was super friendly and cheerful. The food was great and the waitress gave us extra biscuits at no cost. We will visit here in the future when we are in PA.

Breakfast was as expected. Eggs were cooked to our liking. The pancakes were cooked perfectly. Only one complaint, the gravey for the biscuits, wasn’t great. It was not as good as other locations reviewed. I have heard they use the same gravey at other locations. Just sausage is different. The cinna biscuits were great, not overcooked or burnt. Service was impeccable with our waitress taking care of our needs. All in all, it was a good visit

Hubby and I were in Pittsburgh during the holidays to check out Lumaze and were staying right down the road at the Comfort Inn so since I know I can always count on Bob Evans for a great meal we came here for an early dinner. The place was pretty empty so we were seated right away and our meals arrived less than 10 minutes after we ordered. The turkey dinner with all the fixings is always delicious (I absolutely love the cranberry sauce with the pieces of fruit) and hubby really enjoyed his slow roasted turkey bacon melt. Our server had quite a few tables she was in charge of but she made sure each and every one of customers was taken care of and wanted for nothing. We fell in love with some of the parks in the area so we will definitely be coming back to Pittsburgh in the spring and will be staying at the hotel nearby again so we’ll make a point of coming back.
