Went here twice in one week on a work trip. The same woman was running the dining room seemingly by herself both times. Not only was she kind and lovely despite being swamped, but she was super fast and efficient and managed to come by consistently to check on us. 10/10. Probably some of the best service I’ve ever gotten and a restaurant.

We ordered catering of a breakfast for 12 people to be delivered at 10:15am. Everything was delivered on time but cold. Even the coffee was cold. Although the food was good, it wasn’t very appetizing when served cold especially the sausage gravy. The manager was apologetic but expained that food is cooked at 9am regardless of pickup schedule. She planned to have the District Manager calI but that never happened. I have catered breakfast from other Bob Evan locations and have had a good experience. This was embarrassing and dissapointing for me as a host of a major family event.

Everything was fine but the food there was mold in the hollandaise sauce and there was a hair in the center of my food the hash browns were hard as a rock you had to cut them with a knife and when we ordered the hash browns we were asked if we wanted cheese and we said yes but the came out with a cold slice of cheese

We are regular Bob Evans customers. Regrettably the food was well below average. Just horrendous. All four servings were luke warm when delivered. Nothing hot. Biscuit Gravy was not up to standard.

Out of bacon????? They allowed you to sit down, order coffee, then tell you they have no bacon. What breakfast restaurant doesn’t have bacon? I don’t think I’ll eat here again.
