What an awesome breakfast place we found in Trinidad! Everything about this place was exceptional, even the coffee. We loved our meal, our waitress, the jolly atmosphere, and the prices. It is damn good food!

Stopped here on Mother’s Day morning, but just as a solo traveler. Expectedly, it was busy and the staff was a bit overwhelmed, but they were doing their best. I ordered the french toast. It was decent, and my scrambled eggs were a bit better than average. Coffee was average. Prices are great, very affordable. Overall, this cafe felt very much like a local favorite and has that small town feel you look for in places like this.

Real homey vibe with fantastic food! Everything was perfectly cooked and presented wonderfully, and the butter seems to be homemade and a little sweet. Staff were all super attentive and nice and even gave my friend and I a bigger slice of pie since were sharing! Planning on making this a necessary stop anytime I’m in the area!

Get the breakfast burrito smothered with green chile and the egg inside over easy and you will thank me! Do the large, it’s that good. Also, the pancakes are really delicious, I didn’t try them with blueberries in them, but they are available that way as well. This place really taste like your grandmother’s home cooking and the breakfast burrito is worth coming back for. My girlfriend loved it and we will be stopping here every time we make the drive moving forward.

Bob and Earls is what Cracker Barrel tries to be. It’s the locally owned, home cooked version of all those little “country diners”. The pancakes with blueberries are amazing! And the biscuits and gravy are super yummy. The staff is always friendly and helpful. 10/10 experience every time for 10 years

It’s such a homey and comfy cafe! I eat here every time I’m in Trinidad. Located on Highway 12 headed out of town, there’s a generous parking lot. I usually go for breakfast, which has all the classics plus local favorites. Today, I had a bowl of their green chili, a pancake, and a side of bacon with water and a strong cup of coffee. My server Heidi was friendly and efficient as always. Food comes out quick, and service is attentive to any needs or refills while dining. The green chili here is one of my favorites – lots of flavor and a mild spice. The pancakes are literally bigger than your face with crispy edges and a tender middle, just the way I like them. My side of bacon was generous and crispy. Bob and Earl’s is a great choice for a yummy breakfast or lunch. Definitely check them out!

A teal slice of Trinidad life – small collection of tables, gracious servers, all food made to order, with especially good chat-grilled burgers smothered in green chili and fries (honest to goodness slices of real potatoes).

Came for breakfast and have to give a review as it was so good. Service was efficient and friendly. The waitress was busy but managed to make everyone feel a priority and just so friendly. The food was terrific, huge pancakes that were light and fluffy. The coffee was great and kept being refilled. Such a quirky wee place and everything you would expect with that name. Thanks for a wonderful start to our day.

Friendly staff fastest service ever! Small-town family restaurant with great food that feels like it was cooked at home. So if you have not tried it or have tried Bob and Earl’s cafe stop in ASAP! Can’t say enough about how fast the food got to the table wow! So have a great night and weekend. And here is a few pictures of the amazing food!

Totally packed with a 20-30 minute wait after you have ordered until your food arrives! Obviouslly the locals love the place, and given another place and setting, I might have, too. But waiting so long after ordering defeats the purpose of eating out on a Sunday morning when you’re hungry.
The wait staff were incredible and hauling butt throughout the crazy numbers of patrons drooling for their food. I do not know what the answer is, but something needs to be done in light of their popularity. I wouldn’t subject myself to such a long wait again. Anywhere.
Their food is excellent. The menu choices are great and varied for whatever your taste may be.They need to find a way that they can keep up with their diner’s increasing numbers.
