First time ever going there and it was fantastic I can’t wait to go later this week again. The service was off the charge the best and friendliest people I have ever met filled the coffee cup instantly water I think Patty was my waitress and I would ask for her again food was fantastic at the Bob and Ann’s omelette which is loaded with all the goodies pancake was excellent this is a 10+ plus place

This past March marked probably the first time in over 10 years dining in here. I’ve missed this place and one Sunday late morning, my wife asked where I planned on taking her and our kids for brunch.
This family restaurant is a real gem in Waukegan and the menu which is at still reasonable prices boasts a fine blend of American, Greek and Mexican eats.
That’s one thing I look forward to at a family venue is good ol’ home cooking in a not-so-fancy atmosphere, just good relaxation enjoying some delicious grub.
I guess since I’m a foodie and go all over the Chicago area trying new places and leaving reviews, I tend to forget what’s near home and Bob & Anne’s is definitely on that list of go-to places when it comes to brunch.
I absolutely love this place and will definitely be back soon! I wish for continued success & prosperity for the owner(s).

Our server Gia was fantastic- friendly and prompt service. Francisco was bustling around getting people coffee and tea and clearing used dishes to make more room on our table. All staff worked together and when I asked for a to go cup for my tea, at least 3 staff members helped me. We will definitely be back to this local gem!

Been coming to this restaurant with my family since I was a kid. I’m 36 now. Service has never changed and food is still so good. Definitely feels like a homecooked meal every time I come to visit Waukegan.

Wonderful breakfast! Great food. Skillet with over easy egg fried to perfection. Pancakes were fabulous! Hash browns were sliced and homemade prepared. Nothing like other restaurants that seem to take everything out of a freezer bag. Coffee was delicious and offered frequently.Sweet waitress and courteous staff.

Had to get up and leave after waitress threw 2 menus at us (there were 3 of us) without a second glance gave us a horrible attitude when asking for our order a minute later, when I told her I didn’t have a menu she yelled that they were there, horrible attitude.
I’ve been going to this restaurant since the 90’s, and they have lost a customer now, hostess bus boys are great have never had an issue with them but this waitress needs to be retrained before you lose more customers
