This place is awesome! For any meal at any time. My 2 and I went the day after it opened for the season, We sat on the patio (right on the river with relaxing views) and brought the dog, he loved it. For apps we split the margarita pizza, a doz steamers, and calamari. The calamari was probably the best calamari I’ve had in the 518, it was crispy and fresh, and the dipping sauce it came it with was like a sweet and sour chili sauce and it complimented the octopus nicely. For my meal I had the quinoa salad, and again it was the best I’ve had in this area (big big salad fan).the service was amazing everyone was kind and working hard. I always tell friends about this place because it never disappoints!!!!

Great views, service and food. Really liked the ahi tuna nachos, tuna was done perfectly, the bangin shrimp had a little kick which wasn’t over powering. It’s a very scenic area with nice view of the Hudson, fun to watch boat traffic and all kinds on the river.

A $34 pork chop? Salad & bread extra? $37 12 oz prime rib with 4 oz of fat. Menu items were cheap. No shrimp or scallops, unless you want them buried in soup or pasta. No ice in water glass. Not until the bill came were we informed that tip was automatically added, after the server dumped a steamed clam dish into the lap of one of our guests & then in the lap of a guest at next table down. And, we were charged $5.98 for Non-cash tip adjustment? Outrageous. 5 star prices at a 2 star restaurant.

We were so excited to try this place because it looked so good, and what a view! The view and atmosphere were the best part by far. The chicken piccata had great flavor but….it was so over cooked that one piece was actually inedible. For $26 (cash price!) that’s just inexcusable – every restaurant chef should be able to cook chicken! To be fair, the waitress did offer to get me another piece after she saw us trying (and failing) to cut it, but at that point I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes. My husband’s salmon was both less cooked than he preferred but somehow over broiled on the outside.

Food was great. We had mussels, calamari, banging shrimp and Brussels sprouts all cooked on point. Also had chicken quesadias and fish and chips all cooked perfectly. Our server Britney was awesome.

Being from further South, to me this place is a little known treasure; likely it is very well known be locals and the yachting crew. There is fine indoor dining, but there is covered and uncovered deck dining directly on the Hudson as well. The menu is larger than expected, and the food has always been good (I stop here on road trips and coming back home from northern places). The service is prompt, friendly and polite.

Great location, rain or shine. One of the best riverside tiki bars, firepit/beach, dockside and indoor dining ….. and bar on the Hudson. Service is attentive and pleasant… food is commendable.

Everyone was very pleasant and attentive. Nevertheless, service was spotty — sometimes all over us, other times nowhere to be found for quite a while when we needed something. Good food, but smaller portions than comparable restaurants.
