Been eating here for years. My food was uncooked. Didn’t ask for that. From the start of the order she did nothing right. Had to correct my order 3 times. Still not right. 8 guess she made my sandwich the way she wanted because I never asked for a cold pizza sub. So I paid $10 for a soda and some corn dogs at home.
Won’t be back anytime soon, if ever.

So glad my wife and I stopped here for a late lunch! The crew on the Suday Afternoon shift was exceptional at their job!! Dennis was welcoming, polite, and thorough in his recommendations and knowledge of the menu as well as suggested the Rogue Style which was phenomenal! Would highly suggest Boadwalk Subs if you’re in the Standale area. Thanks for the awesome food

I have always loved boardwalk, was the only thing close to jersey giant subs back home in east lansing, unfortunately now the prices have just gotten so out of control i cant justify it anymore. The quantity of items on the sandwich are also far less then they used to be for a much higher cost, last 3 times ive gone in they skimp on all veggies and give you tomato slices thinner than paper and its a half slice, the cheese is also sliced much thinner than it was in the past…unfortunately i cant justify it anymore

I was hoping to send you a direct email to share my experience, but since your website does offer that option, here we are. This was my first visit to one of your shops. I came in and ordered 3 subs for a total of $35. I asked for jalepenos on the side and they informed me that it would be an additional $0.99 for the tiny plastic cup that probably cost you $0.02. Having owned a food establishment, I can appreciate the cost of straws, cups and napkins and how they can add up when abused.
I asked them to put it in a paper and they did. My beef is that I just spent $35 (first visit) and I left feeling pissed off. Is the $0.99 worth pissing off a new customer?

Terrible attitude. For a $20 sub maybe a smile would help. Asked to cut and do 3/4ths with certain veggies and she didn’t understand, so i reexplained. Team member was frustrated with me for asking for different ingredients on different sides. Again for a $20 sub I expected better service. Then when cutting it again totally butchered it to the point it wasn’t a sandwich. Very frustrating.
