Late night dinner after getting off the paddle boat. Water views and delicious food. I had the lobster roll, fries, and fresh summer cocktails. Wonderful way to celebrate a summer vacation. Lively bar with experienced staff. This place was large and I can imagine it gets very busy. But for a late night dinner, it was perfect. We rode bikes here so I am not sure about available parking.

Sitting out on the covered deck watching board go by & reliving today’s activities from the beach through a child’s eye was priceless. Our dinner was excellent too! Service was good, considering how crowded it was, drinks were cold our waitress was wonderful & very personable, I’m sorry I forgot her name but was/is a first grade teacher!

Your typical seaside food joint with loud crowds and plastic basket fare. We ordered specialty cocktails of the season that were slow to come. Lost out in seconds. The server had to make several trips to get the order correct. All in all about what you would expect from an off season, crowded pub style lakeside organized chaos establishment.

Called ahead to ask about wait time at 6pm on Saturday night labor day weekend. No wait. Plenty of tables & covered outdoor seating! Fast service. Our waitress Shelby was very attentive with her busy tables & patient with my rambunctious toddler. Lobster bisque soup was good. Mostly pureed but full of flavor. Portions are good size for price.

The food is always good! Peaceful and pleasant place to eat. We come from out of town often and this is one of our favorites! Love how we can watch the water, boats and activities while eating. If you don’t mind outdoors this is definitely the place to enjoy.

Great spot right on the lake. Fantastic view. They had a table when we walked in, but they were very busy. All the staff was friendly and efficient. Grabbed a few drinks, the Bloody Mary was nice and tempting (bacon not pictured because I couldn’t wait.)

I was a little concerned with some of the prices, but when the food was delivered you could tell the freshness and high quality of the seafood was worth it.

Calamari was tender and hot! It was paired with a nice marinara sauce. We probably could have eaten two orders.

The Cod Fish and Chips was honestly the best I’ve had on the East Coast. It’s a favorite of mine and I’ve been disappointed A LOT. This was perfection. The beer batter was a fluffy, crunchy, golden brown! The Cisco fries ketchup and tartar didn’t live up to the beauty of that Cod, but it was all fine too. I can’t say enough about how amazing that fish was though. It should be served on a golden platter.

The crab cakes were also fantastic. Again you could tell that quality and care went into making them. I was only able to steal a few bites, but they were delicious and came with a nice dipping sauce.

My kids stressed from the kids menu, and getting a free cookie for dessert made their day, and stopped a lot of the arguments we usually have about dessert.

I’m a sucker for dessert and ordered their key lime pie. I was warned it was small, and not a slice of pie. It was small and round but delicious as well. It was light and fluffy and just the right but of acid after the fried food.

We will definitely be back!

Atmosphere was great, located right on the lake, good views from most seating. Took some time for 2 salads to come out for a Monday lunch time. A bit pricey, I get it your dining on a summer vacation spot, but paid over $20 for a chicken Ceasar salad. Staff was friendly

Great view, not so great food. We ordered 3 different dishes and liked non.
I liked my crab cakes initially because I was hungry, but then I noticed they were very salty and it wasn’t too fresh. The chicken wrap had too much dressing, the sword fish was too dry and didn’t taste. The fries were salty, basically everything was too salty. Wouldn’t go back other than for the view.
I ended up being nauseous later that day a few hours after lunch, can’t say that it was solely because of this meal but I’m sure it had something to do with it.

Had lunch on the patio and it was excellent. Fancy bloody mary with shrimp and bacon, Greek salad with grilled shrimp, super crispy fries, a decent shrimp po’ boy sandwich. Service was good and the views are stunning. I do think I’d order the fried shrimp instead of the sandwich next time – there just seemed to be a lot of bread and not enough shrimp. The grilled shrimp on my salad were excellent – fresh and tasted of the sea. Very nice fresh veggies and homemade dressing. A tradition in Lake George!

This is 2.5 star place. First timer for lunch. GREAT location. Plenty of outdoor seating with lake views. Very cool looking building. That’s where the goodness ends. Plenty of staff on hand and our waitress was decent. I didn’t get any sense that she wanted to be there. Make no mistake, I’m not looking to make a friend, but it would be nice to not feel like a burden, even if you pretend. The beer came in a plastic cup. That was a big mistake. Tasted terrible. Needed a nice hefty glass cup for an adult. The homemade New England clam chowder was the best part of the experience. However, the cheap oyster crackers were stale. The chowder was great even without the crackers. The french fries were also good and the breaded shrimp wasn’t bad. A little on the greasy side but at least the food came out near to hot. I always want hot food served hot, that is important. The place wasn’t as clean as I’d like it to be and we had a serious bee problem at the table right next to the bar. Price wasn’t bad but the overall experience was a 2.5 star. In a world where you can expect more, you should. Find a different place unless you like the frat-like beer experience.
